I just had Poppins do a deep clean at my house for the first time. They sent three young and energetic cleaners. All of them are native English speakers, which made explaining my special instructions much easier than it has been with a couple of other services I've used. They were focused and friendly, got the job done in about two hours, and left. Easy! They even helped me look for my skittish cat so I could put her outside while they vacuumed. I was happy enough with their service that I almost hate to recommend them for fear they'll be harder to book. Such attention to detail deserves praise and acknowledgement, though. I plan to set up regular maintenance cleanings with them. read more

I want everyone to know, this is the best experience I've ever had with a cleaning service. I was in a pinch for time with family coming to town with an infant in tow. I needed a thorough cleaning. I gave Poppins a call and they made it happen in a pinch in spite of their busy schedule. Now I wouldn't normally say I'm a messy person but seeing the cleaning job they did, I was blown away!! Three days later, I'm still seeing areas where they put in the extra effort to clean and organize. The attention to detail is unmatched by other services I have used in the past. I am so happy with the results I have decided to use them once a month. Do not hesitate to give them a call, I promise you they are exactly what you are looking for. read more

Dani and her crew have been nothing but exceptional since I started using her service for my Airbnb turns. I am not the easiest to please by far and set the bar of expectations pretty high; she has truly done a great job accommodating my requests. 100% of my guest have given my home 5 stars and rated it 'Sparkling Clean!' I appreciate Poppins Cleaning Service very much and will recommend Dani to all fellow Airbnb hosts I know in Austin! Thanks Dani! read more

This is well worth your money! Poppins Cleaning is professional and their work is completely outstanding. I booked them off Yelp when I was in a time crunch. Our one bedroom apartment was very dirty and we had guest staying at the end of the week. Dani was able to fit us in before our visitors came! I was truly impressed with their service. They went above and beyond what was expected! We used Poppins Cleaning for our move out cleaning and they did an outstanding job. I was unable to clean out all of our stuff and Dani and her crew moves all our left over items into a specific area- a totally unexpected gesture that went above and beyond on my book. Her service made it so much easier to pack up the rest of a place and get our deposit back in full. They extra time and effort spend on our apartment was exceptional. I highly recommend! read more

I still can't get enough:) the speed, accuracy, and timeliness is always spot on. Dani is always communicative when something is amiss or something needs to be taken care of. Great team!! read more

Dani and the Poppins Team have been an absolute joy to work with. I hired them based on the great reviews they have received here on Yelp and I am so glad I did. They are extremely flexible, helpful and have gone the extra mile when cleaning my home. They are doing extra cleaning beyond their primary scope just because they truly care. I feel exceptionally fortunate I found them, so much so that I think this is the first Yelp review I have ever written. Do your home a favor and hire them! Also, they are reasonably priced for excellent service, I couldn't ask for more! read more

The WORST cleaning company EVER. I have a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment with a bed frame, 2 sofas and large box. I have hardwood floors. I asked for a move- in clean and quoted $250 and when the 2 women showed up an Hour LATE, they called their manager and said the place is dirty, which it was not. Only the toilet and tub needed to be scrubbed clean. 4 hours later NOTHING was done. They left. I took pictures and called the Manager who stated the 2 women told her they spent an hour in the bathroom and the water buildup would not move. I HAD TO CLEAN THR BATHROOM MYSELF. And the toile took 5 mins and the tub 15 mins. The Manager was rude and only went off second hand information and said she will deduct $20....... NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. read more

I'm so happy I decided to go with Poppins Cleaning Service. They truly went above and beyond. Highlights: - Dani came with two other lovely ladies. All very personable and on time. - They did a thorough deep clean with many extras that were nice surprises. (i.e, started a load of my laundry, cleaned my AC vent, neatly arranged things that were left out, wrote a personal note!) - Every inch of my house was spotless and my house smelt amazing! - They have competitive prices. They were more affordable than other cleaning services that I contacted. Hire them! read more

First Yelp review ever. These guys are worth it. They're incredible! Very easy to work with, efficient, kind, and thoughtful. They were scheduled to come to my house on a Friday evening. I was stuck in rush hour traffic, so I ended up getting home a bit later than we'd planned - they were super flexible. Once they got to cleaning, I basically got to sit on the couch for one and a half hours while they: did my dishes, started a load of laundry, thoroughly cleaned two bedrooms and bathrooms, mopped, and vacuumed. I've just moved into my home and there are boxes everywhere...they made them disappear. They even wrote an inspirational message on my whiteboard. :) And the prices? Can't beat them! Consider me a very happy customer. Also, if they take a few days to respond to your quote / email, be patient! They will follow up. I don't think they anticipated growing as rapidly as they are, but I'm not surprised: it's pretty hard to find better folks for the job! read more

Stop your search - these guys are the most thorough, trustworthy, fast, and friendly cleaners you will ever find. Dani is such a professional, with an eye for every detail. What's more, they are very reasonably priced: I have paid the same for cleaners who did less than half what Poppins did. These guys are perfect. Every surface in our home is gleaming. They moved furniture to clean under it. They cleaned our shower to perfection. They cleaned recessed light fixtures. The kitchen sink shines so much I have to squint. They loved my dog. My dog loved them. They are fastidious and proud of their work. They are friendly and keen to make clients happy. I wish I'd known them sooner. We will be repeat clients for as long as they'll have us. Thanks Dani and Kate! read more

I've been using Dani to clean my house for over 6 months now, and she is AWESOME! She has decided to go full time with this job, and starting her own cleaning company... lucky for you. She has excellent attention to detail, and when asked to do something special she does it happily! She is super friendly, also, which I appreciate. I highly recommend you give her a try. You won't be sorry! read more

Looking for a cleaner with great ethics, attention to detail and all around awesome person?! Look no further than Poppins Cleaning Service! Dani has the magic touch, I swear. Have a party, dinner coming up? Or just need some help with organizing, or laundry? Dani does it all. I have a horrible work schedule, and Dani always works with me. When he finished cleaning my place, he's always sure to leave a note to communicate what I am running out of, and makes me feel like cleaning my place isn't as tedious as I feel like it is. He always does such a great job cleaning my place. You won't be sorry! read more

I have been using Poppins Cleaning for well over a year now and I highly highly highly recommend them -- so much that I hire them for my home AND my business/office cleaning as well. Dani pays attention to every detail, cleans meticulously, and somehow can apply a zen-like feel to my home and office organization that I can't recreate myself. Every time I come home after Dani and her crew visit, I shed the stressful feeling that neglected corners, countertops, bathtubs, floors tend to pile on over time. Then I have to do my best to try to keep the standard as best I can before the next visit. She and her team really do go above and beyond, are incredibly nice and friendly, and extremely trustworthy. read more

I had Poppins come in for the first time yesterday to clean my 2 bedroom apartment and I am hooked! Dani and her crew did an amazing job with such an attention to detail. I had an extra request to clean/de-weed both my porches and Dani went beyond expectation. I cant believe she was able to make them look like they do! I have posted some before and after pics. I would definitely recommend Poppins to anyone looking for a cleaning service in Austin. read more

Wow. That was unbelievable. I just called to request a quote and the lady who answered seemed like I was bothering her. I said, I'm sorry, are you busy, I can call back. To which she breathes heavily with her annoyance and told me they were always busy and to go ahead. Not a good way to increase your customer base. No thank you. read more

Dani and her crew are thorough, trustworthy and super accommodating to whatever our cleaning needs were. If we needed to reschedule, no problem. They are affordable and with two shedding pets, they always did a great job cleaning our place. We've been using Poppins for over a year. They have been doing a great job at keeping our 2-bd apartment clean. Their crew comes every other week and are in and out in an hour or so, and everything is spic and span when they leave. Good attention to detail, and periodic extras such as cleaning out the fridge are a plus. I definitely recommend them. read more

This crew is AMAZING. My tenant (son) had not cleared out all his stuff and had not cleaned in ages. The Poppins team spent six hours scrubbing the place from top to bottom. I'm getting ready to put the condo on the market and I'm sure this thorough cleaning has increased the sale value by thousands. Not cheap, but well worth every shiny penny. These are professionals who take pride in doing the best job. read more

Wow! What attention to detail. I used Dani & crew services for a general cleaning and cleaning of a pretty dirty bathtub. I was sure it needed a replacement. But Dani did an amazing job. After our recent move to Austin, I found Poppins Cleaning Service on-line and were so impressed with their excellent reviews I thought I would give them a try. Dani and her team are not only courteous and friendly, they totally exceeded all of my expectations in a cleaning service. The Poppins team really took their time and went the extra mile to be sure our home was spotless. I was so pleased with them that I not only have them clean our home on a regular basis, I set up an initial cleaning for our daughter's home. She now has them come on a regular basis as well. Kudos to Poppins! You're the best. read more

Poppins did an amazing job! They're honest, really reasonably priced, professional, detail-oriented, and focused on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them. We hired Dani and her crew to come clean a large two-story house we rent out as the previous tenants had just moved out and left it on the dirty side. The day of the cleaning, Dani was super attentive and texting me updates about their arrival time since it was going to be their last appointment of the day; we booked a few days in advance and they were kind enough to fit us in since the new tenants were going to be moving in that upcoming weekend. That really helped coordinate with my schedule and knowing that I didn't have to just wait around all afternoon. Once they arrived, the were incredibly friendly, professional, and focused on getting all the details. They gave me an estimate of how long the cleaning would take, but also kept me updated via text since they mentioned that once they got into it they really go into detail-mode. And let me tell you... they went into it! We came back a few hours later and the place was spick and span! They did absolutely everything you can think of: baseboards, blinds, inside of windows, cabinets, drawers, fans, spot cleaning carpets, oven, cooktop, microwave, you name it. I should also mention that the windows in that house go all the way to a very high ceiling (around 20ft or so) and they still managed to clean that. These guys go above and beyond! read more

Turns out Dani was just on a much needed vacation and got behind. When we talked on the phone it was the same caring and helpful person. Poppins is coming Friday to help me before guests arrive and I can't wait to tell you what a great job they did and to change this to a five star! I feel very confident that this the company I want to use from now on! cheerfully, Katherine I called this cleaning service a week ago because I need help with my home. Dani answered and was so kind, warm, and open with me and we agreed on a rate in the same phone call. I was told that I would be contacted that evening and would have my house on the schedule to be cleaned this week. I have not been contacted since. I called the number quite a few times today and also submitted a contact request to Poppins and have gotten no response. No one answers the phone or the written online requests from the website. I'm so sad to write this review but after I talked with Dani I counted on this service for help and now I am in a bind with one day to find someone trustworthy and quality to clean my home on Friday before ten guests arrive for the weekend. Hopefully this is not how most potential longterm clients are treated! regretfully, Katherine F read more

Dani is great! They were able to start cleaning my home on very short notice and helped me catch up on a TON of cleaning and laundry that I had let slip. I've been with Poppins Cleaning Service for over a year now and I have nothing but praise for this business. Dani, the owner, always gives great customer service and my home sparkles after she leaves! After each service Dani goes above and beyond by paying extra time and adding a personal touch. There are times when I have to change my schedule last minute and Dani is still so sweet and understanding to work around it. Long story short: hire them, you wont regret it! read more

We were always extremely pleased with the service Poppins offered and returned to a sparkling clean home every time. Dani is so friendly and professional, and she tries to be as accommodating as possible when we had to reschedule our service. The Poppins crew are also very friendly and do a great job. We never had anything broken, but we understand no one can be perfect and accidents can happen to all of us. Everything was put back exactly as it was. We moved from Texas to California two weeks ago and we will certainly miss them. I formed a close relationship with Dani and she was a great friend who I will truly miss. Hmm... not sure why Yelp is claiming they're closed. When I first reached out to them, Yelp didn't list it that way, but somehow it changed throughout the week. Anyway, they're still open! I scheduled a very last minute move-out cleaning service which included: ceiling fans, exterior and interior cabinets/drawers, blinds, interior windows, baseboards, doors, light switches, inside of fridge and oven, and carpet deep cleaning. They did an amazing job! Plus, they accept payments via Venmo, which is super convenient. I highly recommend Dani and crew! read more

First off, I have never had to write a review to counter my initial one. Dani and her team were truly phenomenal and deserved the five stars on my first review. However I called her in November last year trying to make an appointment for December. After a few attempts we connected and she told me that she was extremely busy (which I understood completely) and she would check her schedule and see when she would be in my area. Never heard another word. I referred her to a friend who contacted her business and same results - no return call. For her to go from one extreme to the other has been such a disappointment. read more

Dani has been cleaning our house for well over a year now. She does an exceptional job of cleaning what we ask every single time and has a can do attitude about everything you request. We work long days so it's really nice to be able to trust someone to come into your home and take care of cleaning and tidying up week after week. Dani is super pet friendly and even lets our dogs out to play while she's at the house. Dani is dependable, thorough, and honest - VERY important characteristics in her line of business! I always feel relieved knowing she is taking care of the house cleaning... one less worry in my life. She even goes out of her way to do extra cleaning from time to time if she sees something that needs it.
