There is not enough praise in the world for this company. Every employee I have met is smart, enthusiastic, and polite. I was dreading my move out of a large house but they made it simple. They carefully boxed all of my things, and beautifully wrapped the furniture and art. They took things to The Salvation Army, moved things into my apartment, and arranged for storage facilities for the rest of it. They also inventoried all of my belongings. When the move was over they arranged for a cleaning company to make the house I was leaving sparkling clean. They also did an amazing job unpacking and organizing everything in my apartment, right down to folding my socks. Their company name, "Arranging it all," fits them perfectly. There was not a single thing I asked them to do wherein the reply was, "we don't do that." Charles, the owner, is always accessible and will call or text you back ASAP. His twin brother owns Unicorn Moving & Storage - a company that is as remarkable as "Arranging It All." The employees of both companies have completed countless numbers of jobs together. It's very rare that I will write a negative review I think I've only written one in my life but this service was a huge disappointment. I've had an organizer come before and she made my life much more manageable and the organization she implemented made a lot of sense. The people who came were very very nice I enjoyed their company, and they did put things away however they just put things away on the nearest shelf with no system which is what I paid $520 to get. I normally would just keep this to myself but the money I spent was significant, a lot, and I would hate for someone else to feel like they went into this blind like I did *eta* The owner called me and worked out a solution and made things right. Over a two day period they packed up my old house, hired movers, found someone to take away some furniture we didn't need, moved all of our stuff into our new home, unpacked everything, hung my artwork, decorated every room, reconnected my computer, and ensured I could just go to sleep tonight without having to do one more thing. I am a 59-year old man who had lived in my large Austin home for twenty-years and had decided to downsize and move back to the mountains above Boulder Colorado in February. Given the Austin market, my home sold quickly, and a 2-month downsizing project became a two week one. A lifelong friend in Boulder who ran a downsizing business recommended I hire a local Austin firm such as hers and specifically knew of Zack the owner of Arranging It All for his prominence in national organizations. Zack met with me, asked great questions, listened, and calmly led me through his services. He then promptly presented me a budget (the actual ended up being within 2%), timelines, my action items, etc. - he calmly took control. The whole team at arranging it all were amazing people, timely, worked hard, and showed great respect for my vast accumulated belongings. They eventually found new homes for all my stuff that did not make the move, even 100 houseplants. Be it a single employee or a whole swarm to hit a deadline- they were all a joy to be around. In the end my entire interaction with arranging it all surpassed my wildest expectations, I honestly do not know how I could have done this whole move without them. Absolutely amazing company. I relocated from Los Angeles to Austin and Arranging It All made the transition ever-so-easy and pleasant. From enlisting some first-rate movers to help us unpack our U-Haul when we arrived, to assistance with unpacking, organizing, and designing the look of our new home, we couldn't be happier. Zack was open, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and my wife and I owe him a debt of gratitude. Kristina had an artist's touch and a surplus of creative ideas when it came to getting our stuff situated in just the right way. This was a situation of moving a relative out of an assisted living facility to deliver to two different locations including a storage locker. Zack and his group showed up on time and were prepared with plenty of boxes and dollies.They are thorough and have good communication. If you have give-aways, they go to a socially responsible group. The company did all of the packing, has resources for art appraisal and Zack even recommended that I take photos of the artwork and artist's signature. They also took documents to shred per our request. Every step of the way was well coordinated well thought out, timely and the price was more than fair. WOW. Just wow! Zack and his team moved my husband and I and all I can say is WOW. It is such a difficult time to move out (2020-covid) and I was stressed out. However, everyone was so professional, wearing their masks and keeping the social distancing. It was a very hot day and masks were not making anything easier but Zack and his team never ever complained once and did an amazing job for us! Handled all our items with care and were QUICK. Arranging it all was a savior ! I was completely overwhelmed after moving into a new house with zero time to unpack . I called Arranging It All and they came to the rescue. Two super friendly, professional and enthusiastic women showed up and sorted my entire house within a day! I used Barry's services a few years ago. I recently reconnected with him on LinkedIn and realized I never posted a review. I am a paper hoarder - I have homework papers from elementary school! Poor Barry entered my office and just sighed - boxes of papers on every surface - we worked together several hours and he taught me how to tidy everything after an organizing session to keep up your motivation. Big jobs take several sessions - and you need to appreciate your progress. I have used many of his methods to control my tendencies but I do have to to have an annual clean out of papers. This team is just great. I contacted Zack to help my parents downsize from a 2400 sq ft house and move into independent living in Austin. Zack came to my parents' house, helped plan furniture arrangement in their apartment-to-be, and very clearly explained their services and details about the costs. The move was done in two days in March: 1 day to pack, 1 day to move. On the second (move) day, I arrived at my parents' new home while the team was unpacking and all I had to do was help with details of furniture placement. The team had already organized the kitchen and put clothes and miscellaneous items in closets, hooked up the computer, put together the TV stand, and connected the TV and computer. One of the team was hanging artwork, and she was able to find a perfect wall spot for not only all that had been hanging on walls in the house, but also all the leftover artwork that had been stored in a closet in my parents' previous home. When my parents arrived late that afternoon, all they had to do was relax in their new living room and go to dinner. They and I were just ecstatic about the service we received. This was a complete move from an early decluttering my 2 car garage and kitchen to packing moving and unpacking Arranging It All went above and beyond any and all my expectations. The job began two months out from my move with John and Janet working with me for 2 sessions on of decluttering and purging my 2 car garage that was packed to the ceiling. ( I had previously downsized from a four bedroom house with a full basement and had moved the entire mess two times before!) Then we moved on to decluttering the kitchen with another session to prepare for the move. Berry assured me that all would go smoothly with my move and he more than delivered on his promise. They seamless moved me from my 4 bedroom house to a smaller three bedroom house. They did the pack, arranged and supervised the movers, unpacked and did the final organizing in my new house. They started packing on Monday and by Thursday afternoon I was sitting in my fully decorated, unpacked organized house. I got my car in the garage! Unbelievable! We needed to move my mother to an assisted living apartment with very little notice. She was anxious, and I was feeling underwater, wondering how I could ever get it all done in a week. Enter Zack and his team, who got my mom packed, moved, and settled into her new apartment in two days. When he showed me the finished job, I almost cried--it was homey, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Zack even had Frank Sinatra--my mom's favorite-- playing on her CD player. If I had tried to do it all on my own, her possessions would have been thrown into boxes, hastily moved, and placed willy-nilly in her apartment, with no vision. Zack's approach was the exact opposite. He is calm and very kind, exudes a 'can-do' attitude, and really listens to what the client wants. My mom is being released from the hospital next week and will be moving into an apartment she's never seen before--but I know she'll feel at home right away. Beyond packing and moving, I needed help recreating my mother's decor style into a much smaller space. Zack was able to organize everything on short notice and with only email/text message for communication with me. The finished room exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The decor was a perfect match to my mother's style. True test was my mother's appreciation and acceptance of the new accommodations. Since I had such a great experience the first time, I then reached out to Arranging It All again to help pack up my mother's remaining items.
