One of the best Dr visits ever! Dr. Ellis was running behind on my first ever appointment with him and not only did he apologize but he didn't charge me for a test. I was looking for a new optometrist and I liked the reviews for dr Ellis. The receptionist was able to accommodate me and get me in at a convenient time. The office was nicely decorated and staff were welcoming. I waited only 10 minutes before I was called into the examination room and dr Ellis personally welcomed me and informed me of the procedures and the tests we were to perform. Dr Ellis was very kind and knowledgeable and patient. Then his assistant helped me with choosing the right glasses. They have a large variety of glasses so it took me a long time to pick a pair but I found exactly what I wanted. The price wasn't low but it wasn't real high and the quality is real good. I had an appointment to get a contact lens exam, The doctor was nice and answered all my question but when it came time for me to pay, the bill was 153$ they charged me for both glasses and contacts after I specifically told the doctor I do not wear glasses. Nice doctor very smart but make sure you don't have to pay for anything extra! I won't be going back. read more
