He took off his mask in my house when I asked him to keep it on. He left the mask on the table. He has completely messed up my wall. Very polite & Knowledgeable over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. His tech team, Mike & Jeff, arrived right on time and helped me get everything situated. They knocked it out the park! Spoke with Tim about the TV and he recommended the bracket I needed for this size TV. Much less expensive than the one recommended by the store that sold me the TV and much more useful. Because the TV was so big and heavy, Tim brought in his son to assist with the installation (no extra charge for the second pair of hands!).
