He said he was in a car accident and had to chase the guy down and exchange insurance info. (I saw no dents on this guys car btw) and even if that was the case... you don't make someone wait 4 hours. You at least call or report it to your company so they can get someone else to do it. The key they gave me doesn't even work. It takes me 15 minutes to find the exact spot it needs to turn the car on. I paid over 300$ and the company does not plan on reimbursing any of the money... even when all I asked for was half of the 30$ service fee.

So, I had a small mailing about 300 pieces to send, but I needed them out quickly and my normal…read moremail house could not get them delivered in time. So I contacted Mail Manager. The sales person Lori was friendly and responsive. I explained my situation and she said that given all the post cards were in 93001 and that Mail Manager drops at the main post office it was very likely that if mailed by Tues, they would be mail boxes by Wed/Thu, or at worst Thu/Fri. This was good, as my normal mail house could only get them in by Fri Sat worst case Sat Mon, which was too late. That said, my regular company charged me way less, and have delivered postcards that held up to post office machinery. So, I went this this company, specifically for the delivery time and hopefully print quality as they are just going a few miles away from the post office. But I was wrong. Though, the post card images and payment were sent by Tue. afternoon things did not go as expected. A few post cards arrived Friday, the rest Saturday. The post card arrived with a smudge obscuring the website I was trying to get everyone to go to. GREAT! Yes, post office machinery can be rough, but my normal mail house is in Florida and I have not had an issue like this. So, not happy that I paid 30 cents more per postcard to get this result. So I called. Just throw me a bone, something to make me feel better about putting trust in the company. Nada, nothing, zilch. They blamed it all on the post office. I'll never use this company again.
