I haven't needed the services of a locksmith in a long time; so when the need arose yesterday, I reviewed the ratings/reviews of several locksmiths here on Yelp. After doing so, I selected four to call and get a quote from. Well, after speaking with each one, I ended up going with Levi. Why? While all four were friendly, Levi was more personable and interactive than the others. Along with that, he didn't just give me a ballpark estimate like the others did; instead, he gave me the exact fee he'd charge for services rendered. Topping this off, his fee was $10 lower than the lowest quote I got from the others. Moving on... I called Levi at 8:00 am and asked if he could come over as soon as possible. He said he already had two scheduled morning appointments but would come as soon as he finished them. He estimated that he would be done with these jobs by 10:00 am and would give me a 20-30 minute heads-up call when he was on his way to my house. Guess the news? He's a man of his word. He called a little before 10:00 am and arrived around 10:20 am. Once at my house, he fixed all the problems in a thorough and efficient manner. Here's the kicker, when it came time to pay, he revised the price and charged me less than what was agreed upon. That was a pleasant surprise!
