I need more than five stars to rate our experience with Nathan at AIA Locksmith. He is outstanding in doing careful assessment of the situation after I contacted him on the Yelp page. I was able to use the Yelp app to send Nathan pictures of the two locks and he determined right off that I needed a new front door lock kit and a repair to the gate lock. I found Nathan to be quick and reliable in setting up his visit to our house. Before he came to the house, he helped me find the exact replacement for the front door lock kit. I ordered it and had it here when he came to our house 2 days later to install. Nathan loved our two big dogs, which is a real plus. When finished, the front door opens and closes, locks and unlocks. Nathan, the friendly locksmith, responded right away when I needed a new remote for the only 2006 Toyota Avalon remote that I had just lost. He had one (after market) in stock when he came to my house. Took him 30 min to program. For the new remote and installation at my house on a Saturday was $200 which I gladly paid. This small local business is excellent! He came right away (middle of the night). He text is eta and updated a couple of times. When he arrived he was professional and super quick. The work was excellent. I have a security screen door on my condo, with specialized smart locks. He was able to get the door open and had a new door handle on his truck. I got ahold of Nathan on Monday, he was out on Tuesday. I had two locks that were having issues. One was a unique lock that I thought might cost me a whole door as it is specific to the door. Nathan fixed that so luckily I did not have to deal with a door replacement. The second lock was in the garage and it was getting ready to break so it was replaced and rekeyed quickly. He not only rekeyed all the doors, but replaced the knob and deadbolt on the back door, and finished the deadbolt entry on the front to make it easier to close!
