We were to reconvene in court at 2:30 PM for her to return my keys. I asked Isaac to send someone to the site at 2:45 PM so I could have the locks changed immediately. I texted Isaac, who immediately responded and connected me with an available technician. The tenant did not move out by agreed upon time, but Oscar was punctual. I was sitting in court, stressed to the maximum because I absolutely wanted the locks changed, but this horrid individual's movers did not finish moving for another 1.5 hours past the agreed upon time. Oscar is an absolute ANGEL. I can't believe he stayed on site and waited for an hour for the judge to make the official court order for the locks to be changed. I was about to have a conniption because I was afraid he would leave and I would not be able to get the locks changed. Oscar was a godsend and as soon as he received word that the court order was official, he started the process. By the time I arrived on site almost 20 minutes later, he was cleaning up and it was as simple as him handing the keys over to me. Oscar showed so much grace, even though the situation forced him to wait an extra hour. As someone who HATES waiting, I can only imagine how irritated Oscar had every right to be. I was able to use the Yelp app to send Nathan pictures of the two locks and he determined right off that I needed a new front door lock kit and a repair to the gate lock. I found Nathan to be quick and reliable in setting up his visit to our house. Before he came to the house, he helped me find the exact replacement for the front door lock kit. I ordered it and had it here when he came to our house 2 days later to install. Nathan loved our two big dogs, which is a real plus. When finished, the front door opens and closes, locks and unlocks.
