Brilliant PR! I have owned and managed dozens of properties for over 30 years and this outfit takes the cake for poor workmanship and unnecessary delays and frustrations. They Grossly overcharged me $850 to fix a patio door lock but the lock was incorrectly "fixed" despite several attempts to "fix" it. Then they told me i needed to replace the lock and accused me of tampering with it so they then demanded an additional $322 on top of the $850 and i foolishly agreed to it bc tenants were insecure. But instead of promptly replacing it, they then they kept delaying for over a month and made excuses to avoid replacing the lock as agreed. Final draw was when they then escalated the additional price to $850+$388 for a lock that costs $300 to replace. They demanded all upfront payment to even "schedule" an appointment they repeatedly failed to keep. Forget it and see you in court

I called Uc locksmith yesterday after locking myself out of my apartment. No one answered…read moreinitially but within 2 mins someone called me back. I spoke to Uri and explained my situation. He told me he could be to me in 30 minutes. Just as he said 30 mins later he arrived. In about a minute he had me inside my apartment and didn't have to damage my lock. Uri was very professional and he charged a fair price for the service provided, I didn't feel taken advantage of at all. I have recommended people to AMP before since my building has several owners who occasionally get locked out, but I've never once needed to reach out myself personally. Andrew, who is the manager, answered immediately, and then immediately got one of his two top locksmiths out within half an hour - this was after two other Locksmiths who boast excellent response time - Guardian Angel locksmith and FLAMMS Locksmith both in Sherman Oaks - refused and said that they were completely tied up... So much for compassion and loyalty. I got lucky and ended up with NICK who (despite me having a higher end lock that requires more effort than the usual), immediately opened it within two minutes. I know from experience that different locks can take upwards of an hour to crack depending on how complex they're created. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company, the price point was lower than Guardian Angel and FLAMMS, they were communicative, compassionate, and got the job done immediately. (And then...
