Got in touch, they sent a technician over in about 20min exactly, the technician had spent over 30min trying to open to bottom lock, and he was successful, i almost had my doubts, but he pulled it off, and i was just amazed by the technicality. He gave me a great deal of replacing the bottom lock, and re-installing a new lock, which was going to be a different key, but he gave me another awesome to deal to have 1 key work for a different top and bottom lock. I couldn't open the doors, so frustrating. Finally, on my 20th call, I found Westhills Lock. Ami is an "old school antique key expert," and makes the key in his van at your location.
