Arkco Security is wonderful. My mom's key broke inside the ignition late evening and we reached out to them for help. They were so kind and walked us through the steps over the phone on how to safely be able to remove the key out of the ignition. Thank you so much Arkco!!! read more

Needed a second replacement key for used Toyota vehicle I purchased. The first attempt with a generic fob, didn't fully activate and the smart lock feature didn't work, though the buttons did. I went back and he redid things with a Toyota FOB and it all works completely now. Satisfied and the price was reasonable. read more

Very responsive and polite service. Every lock has been working great since Charlie fixed it. I would definitely recommend Arkco.

Unlike the other sleepy "24/7" locksmiths" I called they gave me a price and said they would go out. Thanks. That's like a half days pay for people but I'm sure my friend will appreciate it. read more

Did what they did with the promise at better pricing. Happy 100% . Professional and kind

The guys were super flexible and understanding with our schedules (our title company dropped the ball at the last second and we had to reschedule with them a couple of times), they were always polite, transparent about their prices, punctual and super professional. Would definitely recommend to any of our friends and family! read more

Arkco is absolutely the best. Great prices, with extremely fast and friendly service. I actually traveled from Sherman Oaks to Simi Valley to have a key fob programmed because I had such a great experience the first time I used them and their prices can't be beat. It's definitely worth the trip! read more

Extremely rude and inconsiderate business owner and employees. I frequent this center, and they regularly use the tight handicap spaces for their own vehicles, as well the vehicles they are servicing... Expect a rude and entitled response from the employees if you ask about their reason for using the Handicap Parking Spaces. If you care about Simi Valley and the community, I recommend spending your money elsewhere. read more

Reprogrammed my fobs and cut all my keys to match, I have used them before and was a return customer based on my previous experience.

My lock was broken on my homes entry door. Arkco came out and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

We texted back an forth on the Yelp estimate. Agreed to a price and drive over. Started as soon as I arrived and we're done in about 30 minutes. Finished quickly and within budget. (Price was very fair and almost half of what some others we're quoting exactly half of Ford dealership.) Very satisfied. Highly recommend. read more

Mike is an awesome certified locksmith and I highly recommend him over any other local locksmiths! I lost my motorcycle key (fun story...) last week, so I was in the market for finding myself a locksmith who could cut me some extra keys to finally get back out on these beautiful California roads. After consulting with many locksmiths in the area, I found Mike to be the BEST one out of all of them. Mike was extremely polite, one of the only locksmiths capable of cutting motorcycle keys, had fast online response and key cutting time, and most importantly had the CHEAPEST rates! All the other locksmiths wanted 6-8X! what Mike charged me.. Mike, i'm extremely grateful for your services, your work ethic, and positive attitude. Thank you! read more

Struggled to find a mechanic that would even work on modern key fobs for about a year. Finally got referred to Arkco through a neighbour's mechanic and they had the whole thing resolved in 25 minutes. William was clean and professional, let me mind my own business during service, and called me once the job was complete. New key fob was 300, the agreed-upon price with no surprise markups and no bad key. Sounds crazy to say that this was so hard to find but it literally took me a year and 3 locksmiths to get the push to start and keyless features working. Thank you Arkco and William! read more

Worst case scenario - 100+ degrees, stuck at a busy Costco gas station and our ignition cylinder fails. No way to unlock the wheel or move the car out of the way. Called AAA they called Arkco Security. Charlie had to make a whole new mechanism on site. He wore a mask (correctly), was super professional, knowledgeable and fast. I'm keeping their number for any other locksmith needs. Thank you Charlie. read more

So far these guys keep their word and will work with you if they can. Had some service issues but they made it right as of March 22 2023 .

Owner waited for me even though he was about to close. My second time here and it was very positive. Got a key fob replacement quickly.

A very fair price. He was on time and did an amazing job rekeying 4 locks in my house in about 30 minutes. I will definitely use the again.

Terrible people. Terrible service. I ordered their service after having my keys stolen and my car broken into. They came, opened up my car, only for me to realize that my wallet and phone had been stolen too. Once they duplicated my key, I asked for options to pay them considering my wallet had been stolen (we could have gone to my bank 0.5 miles away, we could have called a family member and asked them to pay by phone, etc.). Instead, the employee grabbed the keys out of my hand and said, "that's your problem," and drove off. They made a bad situation worse. Don't call them. read more
