They came, opened up my car, only for me to realize that my wallet and phone had been stolen too. Once they duplicated my key, I asked for options to pay them considering my wallet had been stolen (we could have gone to my bank 0.5 miles away, we could have called a family member and asked them to pay by phone, etc.).
