Very reliable and quick to come when I called! Completed the job exactly as promised. I was very satisfied.

William was quick to respond and setup an appt. He came out and programmed and cut our key in 30 minutes. We definitely recommend Arkco!!

It was a hot day when I realized I had lost my only key to my SUV. I used Yelp right away as usual to find Locksmiths near me. Surprisingly it was a very simple and I actually enjoyed the process. Getting a quote from 4 Locksmiths was fast. It was unbelievable how easy it was. But this company wanted my business the most and provided excellent communication via mesSaging. I scheduled to have a technician come the following day. As promised the Fellow was on time, reliable, fair and helpful. If I was ever in a pickle again I would definitely use this company again. I recommend this company for all your locksmith needs. read more

Prompt, professional, well-mannered and clean and reasonably priced. The only reason they didn't get a five star was that the serviceman didn't notice the third door in the house. We live out of state, so we weren't there to double check everything. However, he did a fine job re-keying the front door and the garage door. I just wish he had noticed that side door. We would have been happy to pay for that to be rekeyed as well. As it stands, our tenant will have to use the old key for the side door, and she has brand new keys for the front and garage doors. It's a compromise and we are happy in general with the service. read more

Fast and excellent service. Thanks Victor! 100% recommend. Removed Broken Key from Deadbolt and installed new deadbolt perfectly.

Would give zero stars if I could.... terrible terrible service. Owner can hardly speak English. Called informing them I would come in to have a simple car key replacement done, no clicker. $75. Not cheap, but not expensive. Drive over, no ones there. Call them and am told someone will be there in 10 minutes. I told you I'm coming! What do you mean wait?! After 20 minutes, I call and ask where they are. The rude mfer hangs up on me. I oughta slap this man if I ever see him. Waste of time. Avoid this place. Update: His guy finally comes and starts cussing me out. Just for asking what was the wait for? Some elderly gentleman really can't control himself to stop him from swearing? What kind of messed up world do hear people live in? If you value your safety, avoid this place at all costs!!! read more

Fantastic Company! Mike and Charlie are 2 of the NICEST guys I have ever hired to do any job for my business and home. I needed my commercial door locks drilled and replaced and they arrived quickly and performed their worked flawlessly. I then hired them to install an Adams Rite keypad door lock entry at my business and it took them several hours longer than originally quoted because of several alignment/door issues. These guys didn't quit until the job was finished. I insisted on paying 35% more than what they were going to charge me because of their commitment to customer service and their work. Their prices are more than fair, especially when you consider the level of skill and integrity that you get from this company. read more

Came the very next day. Professional, quick, and solved the problem!! Excellent work & Quality work!

I went to a locksmith near the 101 and Kanan. With an exotic car key blank I ordered from Germany. The owner said in effect "A are you trying to ruin my cutter with that Titanium or hardened stee key??" He was like angry I was there in his shop. I asked for a recommendation and he said Arkco in Simi Valley. Couple of days later I made the 40 mile trip out there. The gentleman cut the key in 30 seconds. He said the metal was just painted Brass,,,,,no problem on any machine He cut the key, tested it in the car and it worked perfectly. HE WOULD NOT TAKE ANY MONEY FOR CUTTING IT !! YES YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!!! He cut the key, walked out to the car, tested it and would not take my money!! After being cussed out by a locksmith who I think was pissed that I had my own blank to this kind of service is like night and day!!! I HIGHLY recommend Arkco Security. I will drive out there for all my locksmith needs and tell all my friends!!! Thanks guys. read more

We lost one of the smart keys to our 2018 Mazda CX-5 and were shocked at how much the dealership wanted for a new one with programming. I picked one up online, took it to Arcko and 15 minutes later I was good to go. Upfront pricing and fast courteous service at a very significant savings over the dealership. Thanks read more

Called Arkco Security and was told someone would be there in 30 minutes...well...he was there in about 10 minutes and it took about 2 minutes to get the car door opened. Thanks for the awesome response and quick service! Would HIGHLY recommend! read more

Could not have asked for better service. We had two car keys stolen from our vehicle last night along with many other items. Today we could not have asked for better care than what this company provided. There is not comparison between the price/service Mike did for our family and the dealership. Dealership was charging us double the amount then what Mike's company charged. He was able to come right to our house and fix both keys. We are very grateful for Mike. We called at 11:30 and he was here no later than 12:05. Dealership claimed it would take three hours and Mike was done within 30 minutes with BOTH CARS. Amazing service and we will definitely recommend this company to our friends and family. Thank you! read more

Just wanted to say what an awesome experience I had at Arkco this evening. I stopped by to have a key made to replace one I had lost for my filing cabinet at work. I had a key made at a competitors yesterday that didIt was a hard key to match, but Mike made me two copies and said to try them both. If either worked he said I could pay for them the next time I stopped by and if not, then not to worry about it. Definitely restored my faith in mankind. Arkco definitely has me as a customer & I'm telling everyone I know about them! Thanks Mike to you and your crew! read more
