Jerry's Lock & Key provided me with fantastic service! I was having issues with my garage door not opening. I didn't have a set of keys OR even a clicker to access the garage but I do have an outdoor keypad that mysteriously stopped working. I'm so grateful that they were able to squeeze me in between jobs. It took the man less than a minute to pick the lock and maybe an extra five to make multiple keys. This was the most pleasant experience and I am thrilled with the outcome. If I ever need a locksmith again, I'm calling Jerry's!! Here I was, stuck in a restaurant parking lot with an ignition key that would not turn. I did what I had to do and that was call a locksmith for assistance. The first locksmith that I contacted said that the wait would be approximately 90 minutes with what I considered a high priced estimate attached to my wait. I then went on to contact the next local locksmith on the list which was Jerry's Lock and Key. Larry answered and I explained the issue. I found Larry to be polite and understanding. Larry said that he could be to my location within 15 minutes and the price quoted was much less than the first locksmith that I had contacted. With that said, I enlisted in Larry's services. Larry was on scene in 10 minutes!! He had the lock changed out and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes after his arrival. I cannot say enough how much I really appreciate the service Jerry's Lock and Key provided. Without Larry, this could have turned into a 2 hour ordeal. So, someone stole the entire lock set right out of out HOA Swimming pool gate the other day. As it turns out, Jerry's Lock & Key was the company who originally installed it for us. I called them at around 10 this morning and by 11 they had a technician (artist) on site to do the repairs. He set the tumblers so that we would not have to change over 140 keys, installed the lock set, ground down a little burr that was keeping the gate from operation properly, installed devices to make the lock more tamperproof, installed a pull handle to make the heavy gate easier to open and made sure that all was working well, before leaving the job site. So grateful for their professionalism and speedy service! We will see them again in the future, you can bet on it! read more

After thirty plus years the lock to my mail box broke and I called Jerry's to replace. The locksmith arrived on time and had the lock replaced in less than a half an hour. Called this guy when I was in a pinch & locked myself out of my house He quoted me $125 I declined & called his competitor I was desperate but not enough to pay him $125 I felt that when I was in a pinch I was being heavily taken advantage of I called his competitor and it was definitely cheaper for fast quick efficient service!!! read more

Called and made an appointment to re-key our new house and he didn't show. Called again, got voicemail and no call back. Called again and still no call back. What gives?? I've been in customer service and know what world-class service looks like. No such critter here. Very dissatisfied. UPDATE 2/20/2013: Jerry sent me a note a few months ago explaining the circumstances as to why our service call did not happen. I'm sorry it took me so long to update this comment. First off, I found Jerry's Lock & Key on Yelp and the business consistently has high marks as supported from the latest comments from other customers, which is why we made an appointment. I misplaced my house keys and did not have a spare. Larry showed up in a flash and opened my front door. I also lost the key to a lock on my shed. Larry was able to rekey the lock which was awesome. Could not recommend him enough!!After my son lost my car key while hiking and not having a spare key, I called a couple locksmiths.
