Excellent affordable experience yesterday with the installation of a new lockset. A friendly, helpful person answered the phone to set up the appointment and was able to give a general price range depending on what was needed once the locksmith saw the job. Joe, the friendly and helpful locksmith, arrived on time and completed a skilled installation of the new lock set. A new hole in the door was necessary since we were changing the type of lockset. Friendly Service ! Easy to schedule an appointment and very accommodating. My service tech Frankie R. texted he was on his way. He showed up within the window of time scheduled. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked very clean. He brought a small portable vacuum that looked like a toolbox and cleaned up after the job ! Needed a lock changed on my big front door and their locksmith came right on time, a young cheerful man who was very experienced despite his youthful appearance. He takes his job very seriously and is very talented. He went above and beyond the required job for a very, very reasonable price. I gave him a good tip because he was so good (which you should do too! ) He left extra keys, which he didn't need to do, did the job quickly and left the front door looking great, even though he had to remove a huge piece of hardware to put the new lock in. I have a detached garage and accidentally left my clicker in my car, and closed my garage with the external button. That was a mistake! After reading Yelp reviews, I chose Brucar since they had excellent ratings and let them know I needed help opening my garage door. I called at 9 am, Joe answered and was here by 9:35!
