Had West Coast Overhead to replace my garage door opener... got a total of 3 quotes and their was the lowest. They showed up on time... had it installed in under an hour and it works great. This is the second time I had to use them and they do not disappoint. read more

I called in the morning because my garage door was not opening or closing correctly. Mike got to me that afternoon at the end of his schedule. They figured out two problems, fixed them quickly and did their normal maintenance check up. Mike's been to my house before. He's a really nice guy who can be trusted. read more

First off, "post Covid" I have never experienced a contractor that was there as fast, as professional and as experienced show up and take care of what you needed in less than 48 hours. From putting in a maintenance request, in 24 hours they were at my door. He called before arrival and came at the time given. I thought they were just here to look at it and come back later. But pleasantly surprised, they had the spring needed and installed in one visit and in 24 hours. They are the best experience I've had with service and how it should be. Highly recommend this company. read more

DISCLAIMER: I already wrote a Google Review, but Mike and Damian (? please forgive me if I misspelled his name) deserve their accolades for their outstanding disposition and customer service! Mike and Damian just finished tuning up my garage door. An issue that's been neglected for some time. From first contact to wrapping up the job, Mike maintained excellent communications with me. Which, as a Realtor, is something I LOVE!! That constant communication is critical in every aspect of life, but especially so in customer service. Mike and Damian had a great attitude, worked very well together, and got the job quickly and cleanly! PS - I worked as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom in the 90s if that tells you what my level of expectation is for customer service. Mike and Damian exceeded my expectations. Great work, Gentlemen! read more

Excellent company, highly recommend. Mike came out and gave us a few options, followed up with a reasonable quote, and was very flexible with our schedule. Installation day went smooth, equipment was high quality and service excellent. They took the time to go through the tech side of the system and checked that everything was functioning and acceptable before leaving. Will be referring this company in the future. Thank you! read more

Mike and his crew were extremely professional and friendly. We got about 5 different quotes and he was the most helpful and knowledgeable. He had great recommendations and you could tell he cared about giving the customer a good experience. This is rare to find these days! It was totally refreshing to work with mike and his team. They were on time, showed lots of different garage door images on an actual picture of our house. On the day of installation, they were very clean and nice to work with. Everything was explained throughly and kindly. We absolutely love our door!! Couldn't be happier. Thanks so much! read more

I can't believe they only have 12 reviews. I interviewed 3 companies and lucky for me, I found Mike to replace our doors. Mike came out to our house 2x before we finally selected our door. He took a lot of time to show me all of my options and even pointed out that the size of our door was not standard. This affected our decision and I can only imagine the problems I would have had with the other companies, one who did not measure and one who never came out to the house at all. Mike is a hard worker and a detail person. I wish I could use him for all of our construction projects. I so appreciate great customer service and a job well done. This is a great company. read more

Awesome guys. I had them install my new opener 8 years ago and loved that service and expertise. Super happy with what they installed. So jump forward 8 years ... I had a spring break on my garage door yesterday... didn't figure it out until I got home from work late last night. I sent an email this morning (before 8 am) (info@wcoverheaddoor.com) and they sent a guy out within a few hours. Miguel, clearly a professional in this business, did quick work of it, no mess, no problems. VERY happy!!! read more

My garage door has been getting cranky. It is sagging, will stop half way up and makes horrible rattling sounds. So I called my property manager (Laurie who basically is terrific, knowledgeable and highly recommended if you need somebody to manage any properties you may own) who gave me the name of Mike at West Coast Overhead Doors. Mike and I played phone tag trying to set up an appointment to fix my door. Well, we finally got together yesterday. He diagnosed everything, replaced the springs, reinforced the sagging door and lo and behold, I have an operable and quiet garage door! Recommend him highly. He's reasonably priced, communicates well, knows what the heck he's doing and was pretty darn fast with fixing. It's nice to have this sort of competence out there. read more

These guys are the best! The owner Mike truly cares about his customers and it shows with their professionalism. They have done a few service jobs for me and always show up on time, and well prepared. Both times, they told me that I could repair my door and/or opener rather than just trying to sell me on a new system. Their prices are reasonable and they provide quick and friendly service. Highly recommended them!! read more

We had the best experience with Mike and his crew. He is very professional and responsible. We can't wait to send business his way.

A DEFINITE 5 STARS!!! I have old heavy garage doors that has been "repaired" by a couple of other companies in the past. Oddly enough other "things" were found wrong or accord that needed additional repairs. I was never satisfied and felt like I kept getting taken advantage of. I was sick of the same old issues reoccurring and had enough. I asked my friend who is a contractor for a garage repair reference and he gave me West Coast Overhead Door. I was pleased from the start! Mike was very polite and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He gave me options as far as fixing some issues and he also went over some choices for complete new door and motor installation. He came out to to look at the my doors and then Miguel came the next day to make some repairs. Miguel was quick, professional, on time and fixed my problems. I also told Mike I needed a few remote replacements and I had those done as well. This company is straight forward with their prices, options and time frames. I highly recommend them. Side note I own many rentals in the valley, so I'm extra happy I found this company. Definitely give them a try for your garage door needs, wether it's for repairs or full replacements. Take care... read more

Mike installed a garage door opener 2 years ago. He did a great job and for a fair price. Recently I had him come out for a garage good tune up and to install a new seal along the bottom of the door. He is honest, reliable and just a really nice guy. He communicates well to let you know if he's running late or if he will be early. I have referred him to some of my clients and friends, who have had the same positive experience. Give him a shot, you won't be disappointed. read more

Had a broken spring on our garage door and gave West Coast Overhead Door a call. We received a call from Mike on 8/2/21 and he asked all pertinent questions to get the door repaired. He asked what day was good for us and scheduled us for 8/3 with a window of 9-11 AM. He showed up at 9:30 with a smile and asked to see the door. He assessed it and got right to work. He was done in 30 minutes and even looked at the garage door button because I told him it sticks at times. He said he didn't have one on his truck but gave me info on getting a new one.
