The product is actually very very good, but I needed some service approximately five years after my friend and I installed the garage door opener ourselves. When I needed service and explained the problem and the brand of the existing unit, I was turned down by three before I found Oren and "Local Garage Door and Gate." I explained the situation to him and the brand of garage door opener that I owned. Although he was not entirely comfortable with servicing it because he usually deals with the major brands of unit units, he went ahead and sent his tech over to see what they could do. He was willing to look at it, and he gave me a firm, but fair price before the job was done. His technician, Avi, came by the house and looked at everything that I have and felt that he could properly complete the job. Avi took about an hour and a half, but replaced the motor and completely refurbished and calibrated my entire garage door set-up. He did an amazing job and my garage door opening system is now like new! If you want excellent work and competitive prices, give Oren a call at Local Garage Door & Gate!
