I had installed a modified version of the Uconnect 8.4 software in my brand new RAM2500. Purpose of doing this was install a front facing camera that will allow me to see other cars and objects in front of the big nose of this car. I needed help connecting the modified cable boom to the car stereo center, run wires trough the firewall and install the camera's in the grill. Julio was fantastic, he carefully disassembled the center console, ran the wires and custom fitted the camera's in the grill of my truck. He routed the cables with great care trough the engine compartment and with great patience and care fitted the camera's so that they are invisible! With the software integration into my Uconnect 8.4 system I have no extra screens or wires inside the cabin. read more

Our Tahoe had a drain on the battery when the car was off. Took it to a few places and nobody could figure out what the problem was. The guys from Audio Experts figured it out in minutes and removed my alarm system. The whole thing was pain free and inexpensive. I sent my dad in to these guys because the dash in the jeep was making a terrible noise. They took it to the dealer and were quoted $600 just to take the dash apart. I suspected it was just the CD player and couldn't believe that the dealer quoted so much. So he went in to audio experts and they figured out the cd player was busted and making a bunch of noise. Set him up with a used one and he was in and out in less than an hour for less than $100 bucks. I suspected that these guys were awesome and was glad to hear my dad on the phone going on and on about how good they took care of him. Last week I had a new Kenwood stereo installed at a place near Audio Experts, but my iPod wouldn't work because this particular stereo requires a special iPod cable (which I didn't know at the time.) So I bought the cable online and went here for the installation because the previous place (whose name I can't mention) was too pricey and made my center console rattle. I was greeted by Rudy, explained my situation, and he took apart the whole center console, installed the cable that I needed, and ran the iPod through the glove compartment just like I wanted in LESS THAN 5 minutes. I was really impressed on how fast he did all this, and I told him that. His response? He said "I used to have a Mustang too, different year, but same model. So I know your car inside and out, so if you ever need anything else, you know where to go." I think I found my shop! We have had three car installations done by audio experts. They have done an excellent job each time. Dustin and Rudy, both great and responsive. I tried Frys and Best Buy but couldn't reach their techs, also when I left Frys a message Wednesday he didn't call me back until Saturday. Fry's sales people were much more helpful. Another great thing about this company is each time they did the installation it was the same day. The name, Audio Experts is truly representative of who they are. Met Dustin, one of the store's employees. He had great energy and a true willingness to please this customer. After having my system installed by another shop, I just wasn't satisfied with the outcome, so I brought it to Audio Experts to let them have a look. I am so glad I did. Dustin pointed out some major flaws in the other stores installation and explained why I wasn't getting the sound I wanted. I left my truck with them, and the next day when I went to pick it up and listened to the new system, I was blown away, literally. They even went so far as to check the wiring behind the dash from the previous install, and cleaned up the horrific mess the other guys left. Not to mention that at no charge, they re-tapped the threads that hold the back seat bolts in because they noticed they were stripped and not holding the seat in safely and securely. I brought my BMW in to Audio Experts based on recommendations from friends. Dustin called me to inform me that the car was rejecting the key. I went in the next day to discuss with the owner Barry. Barry towed my car over to Steve Thomas BMW to see what the malfunction was. A very expensive part had failed and while it is debatable whether it was coincidence or not, Barry readily agreed to pay to have it fixed. Barry helped me pick out a great Alpine stereo for my car, removed the old one and installed it very quickly and for a great price. This place is fantastic. The customer service here is awesome, Dustin and the gang are very honest. I came in expecting to get my alarm disabled for a fee. Nope. They didn't charge me a dime for that. Seeing I was already there and needing a new stereo system, I had them install it and it took only a half hour. My visit was purely based on a walk-in and was out of there in less than an hour combined. They also hooked me up with a free AUX cord to go with my new stereo. Alongside all of THAT awesomeness, I then got a THANK YOU letter about a week later AND a follow-up call from Dustin himself asking how my stereo and I were doing. While him and I were on the phone, I told him I was no doubt giving them a great review here on Yelp because I more than appreciate the extra mile customer service. dustin and julio set me up two new speakers and a new kenwood stereo and found something with in my price range. Perfect service, awesome dudes. Keep it up guys. I'm not hearing much sub compared to stock systems in new cars but maybe its because my car only has two speakers and most cars have 4 speakers. 2 in the front for the mids and high frequencies, and two in the back that are more in the 100hz range? anyways I'll probably have to add a 10 inch sub eventually. but atleast for now its 1,000,000 times better than the static I was listening to from my 30 year old speakers. I had a VERY complicated request involving converting the factory radio in my vintage GMC pickup to handle my iPod--without sacrificing the appearance of the radio itself, because I'm kind of OCD in that regard. Dustin and his crew understood exactly what I wanted and were able to do it. A few months later, they were able to swap out the stereo in my Volvo convertible for a new one with Bluetooth and MP3 capability. The Alpine system that Dustin recommended was completely geezer-friendly--something I didn't think was possible in this age of teeny-tiny pushbuttons and controls you have to have a degree in engineering to navigate.
