SecurePro has been a phenomenal security company to work with, especially as a new business owner. I share a parking lot with them, so they were the first company I contacted when shopping around for security systems installation. Not only were they the best available price, but were able to get things set up very quickly. They are always available if issues arise (always my fault, nothing wrong with the system), and have reached out on numerous occasions to check that everything is working and to our satisfaction. For me, being able to talk to experienced personnel, who are familiar with our system, and not dealing with a remote call center is very important, and they have excelled in that aspect. Jason, who is part of their support staff, went out of his way to help with a minor issue I was having in real time, and fixed the problem. He even personally walks packages and mail over to our location if they are delivered to their unit instead of ours. The installation technician Tyler was extremely helpful in setting up our system, and took additional time to walk me through the system and it's functions, including how the sensors work, where they are placed, and the control panel and remote app to ensure that I was able to use the system properly. Finally, the sales manager Lina, has been beyond helpful with making sure our needs are met when it comes to security, and has followed up with us regarding potential issues to ensure we are satisfied with everything. Abe, Lina, Joe, & Jose at SecurePro did a wonderful job helping us replace our 20+ year old commercial fire alarm control panel, multiple pull stations, and the 10+ sirens and strobe alarms we needed. Other commercial fire alarm companies in SB, Venture, Oxnard, and LA were harder to communicate and work with. But SecurePro gave us a competitive price, were great communicators, and efficiently installed everything by working around when different rooms were available at our motel. Seems James does not work there anymore per the response below thus i upgraded this to 3, but it is unclear as he seems to still go by SecurePro. More on the update soon. Our experience with James sadly was that he was unprofessional, terrible communication, and lack of solutions and knowledge. Please note we've given him ample time to step up to the plate. We once thought he was really great. Over the years sure we've had some issues like when he took our speakers to sell them and didn't return them for months and months. However when it came to installing the new TV or doing check ups on our fake whole house AV system, we thought he was doing a fine job. However we were very wrong Sorry to say that we have had so many issues with James going dark. He will just disappear. It's been months since he came to address an issue. He was going to get some additional resources or just put us in touch with them. Our music system is not working At one point I wondered if he was OK gotten sick or worse. It was one thing to wait sometimes six weeks when he would go dark but this time it's been many many months as I said. This is not acceptable. If someone is going through an issue at home or professionally and they need to take a break then have someone communicate that. The lack of professionalism here is staggering. He also seems to be not as dialed up about Solutions. I hope I'll be able to update this review in a positive manner and that he will step up. We've given him ample opportunity. read more

My phone slid off the back of my truck at 55mph onto highway one. The phone was in working order however the screen was entirely shattered. I phoned and spoke to Jackson Jeffers who was very kind, understanding, and caring. I shared what had happened and needed of a quick repair. I took it in on a Friday at 4:30p.m., he checked it out and said that he would immediately have the display ordered and I should have it back early next week. Being the phone was two-years old, I asked him to also order and install a new battery. I kept in touch with both Jackson Jeffers and Ryan Cramer throughout the repair, the apologized for the delay of the part arriving late and assured me that the phone would be properly repaired. The parts were received the following Thursday and I received a call at noon stating the phone was ready to be picked up. Their professionalism was above and beyond what I typically encounter. This was with not only me, but I also saw their actions with other customers. What a refreshing experience to do business with a company like this. Lastly, I received a military discount from this veteran owned business. Veterans and Americans should support veterans, but everyone should experience the service Secure Pro provides. read more

Obi provided excellent service when my macbook pro monitor broke down. I purchased what turned out to be a bunk replacement part from Amazon to have them install. After returning it, he found a perfect condition monitor for a 7 year old laptop, which I was unable to do after hours of ebay scouring. James and his crew are the greatest squad I've ever done tv/audio business with. Every room in my house they have set up perfectly. Deals I find on Best Buy or Amazon - James always seems find better. If anything goes wrong with my electricity/outage and I need products re set - James and his crew respond to the house faster than the security response company I use. When products I have malfunction its James that deals with the warranties and gets items replaced. I called Abe several years ago when I kicked my late wife's idiot son out of the house for good, before he went back to jail. Between him and his sister, I knew I needed the BEST security system to protect my house, my dogs, my cars and of course, myself. Not only was SecurePro VERY reasonable, but when I explained what I wanted, Abe designed a system that covered the outside of my house with night vision motion sensitive cameras that cover every possible way to enter my house, but he also placed monitor cameras throughout my house that are motion sensitive and activate when the alarm system is activated away. Of course, every door and window in the house is attached to the alarm system, so setting the "stay" alarm at night gives me a great sense of safety. Adding in the smoke/fire sensors and the carbon monoxide sensors, and unless I stationed a Marine Platoon in my yard, my house couldn't be safer. And saving the best for last, there is NO DVR to be destroyed or stolen. As soon as ANY camera is activated, it transmits the pictures/video up to SecurePro's secure server. Of course, I can access my system from anywhere in the world on my phone/tablet/laptop with the app or just at Alarm.com and can do everything that I can do standing at my panel in the house, plus I can lock or unlock my front door. I did a LOT of research before making my decision and I've never had a second's doubt or regret. Abe and his crew and the most professional, polite, honest and dedicated people I've ever worked with on any of the alarms for my old retail stores. I wish he was around when I had my stores :-))) I've never had any problems at all, and if I do have a question, I almost ALWAYS have Abe answer the phone when I call. If he's busy or on the other line, I ALWAYS get a call back the same day, usually within an hour. Basically, I can't recommend Abe and SecurePro any higher, because they are at the top of the LARGE pile of alarm companies. read more

We are so lucky to have James and his crew to call on when (of course) something WE did messed up our new system! They came right out THREE times to show us how to reset the system, use it to it's full potential, and train our staff.
