Orlando was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He found what was wrong with my macbook right away. I first called them to fix a printer. After looking at the problem Orlando let me know it would cost more to repair than replace, which I appreciated knowing. I bought a new printer, fully expecting to set it up myself as I've always done in the past. But due to some unusual circumstances, I decided to have Orlando do it, relieving me of a big concern. Cracked the screen on my Nexus 5. Despite not having repaired one before, he seems to have done a good job. His time estimate was correct as it took a couple of days since he had to order a replacement screen. Price seemed decent: $35 + cost of the screen. There were two options for screens to buy, one with the frame and one without. Without the frame was cheaper, but apparently a bit harder to repair. He showed me the guide and did an overall good job of explaining the differences between the two options. read more

I cracked my iPhone 6 Plus and I was looking to get it fixed here locally. I called many places to get a quote and many or most of stores charge an arm and half of a leg to get this baby fixed.
