I found this place, good customer service, and since my English is a second language they had the patience to explain the things for me to understand it. Quick service, efficient and affordable. read more

My phone was not charging a couple of days after getting repaired. I went to see Christian stupid me the cable was no good. I would suggest anyone getting quality cable and asking Christian his advice. Christian is a top pro and got my phone recharged by changing the cable. Don't get these cheap cables made with inferior quality get the best. Once again, thank you Christian for helping me a professional and kind man. read more

Excellent customer service, on-time for the appointment at our residence and fair and honest pricing. Technician made a special return trip with an adapter and did not request an additional charge. Highly recommend their services read more

27 Jan 2025 Asked the owner if he could put some movie files on an Iphone. Said he couldn't do it then, asked for my number and wrote it down. Owner only comes to the shop Wed / Thurs. One week later still no reply. Went to the shop, assistant said owner was ill. Rang back a week later spoke to owner who said to message him what I wanted to do. Two weeks later, sent another message, still no response. Perhaps he never recovered from his illness. Sayonnara IGeeks! read more

Chris, was the tech that helped me repair my cell phone that ATT basically said there was no way to fix it. My dog put his tooth through the phone. Chris had it repaired in no time, his courtesy was the best - BEST customer service. I have had nothing but excellent customer service and results from this company. This was my third time having a cell phone repaired with this company. read more

I rescind my previous review. Geeks fixed my mobile. I should have taken my mobile back to Geeks when I first noticed any disorder. They honored their service. read more

This kind man and his team saved me over $400. They were fast and helpful and super friendly. Although I hope my phone doesn't get damaged in the future, if it does, this will be my first stop. read more

Had the power port on my iPhone 8 Plus go out, and Chris had it fixed in about 30 minutes. The click sound (haptic) was missing, but he fix that no charge. Very reasonable and responsible and timely. read more

I do not recommend I Geeks Underquoted me (their fault), so I ended up paying more Facial recognition didn't work after I got home, which was very inconvenient Went back in and tech said he would charge me another diagnostic fee, I simply said "no" He yelled at me to get the f*$% out of the store, which was shocking The owner didn't seem to think it was a big deal, and also told me a story about Apple not allowing them to do something with the screens that they "just found out this morning", which felt like it could be BS I contacted the owner Chris several times to resolve and it became clear that he doesn't get it - 3 strikes and no real attempt to resolve A big waste of time and energy read more

Daniel spent a long time trying to fix a serious problem with my iPhone. $40 dollars was more than fair and generous. It's a serious problem and I've sent it (because logic board on SE 2 Apple won't fix, and in fact, claims cannot be fixed) to Las Vegas. Great service. read more

Best repair place in SB! They are always available and ready to help fix whatever it is, my iPhone, laptop, charger, etc. they have done house calls and all at a very reasonable cost! Thank you Chris! read more

They charged $40 to look at my phone. They said they were really busy and not. friendly at all. They looked at it quickly. They said it didn't have a problem. I took it to another tech place-and they fixed it in 20 minutes for the same problem I told igeeks about. Don't take your phone there if they are "too busy" to really check it out. read more

I had originally tried to replace my phone screen using YouTube and a cheap screen from Amazon. It didn't work out too well. I took my phone to Dan in pieces. I returned and he replaced the screen on my iPhone 6 and the battery too! So happy with the service, thank you. read more

I've returned to this store about 5-7 times now for minor repairs. Yes, they've been relatively fast and convenient, BUT unfortunately they've frustrated me a few times by not owning the fix of the problem 100%. Once they put a non Apple battery in my phone which caused me problems because it invalidated the warranty with Apple which was required to get an upgrade. What a hassle to get the bad Apple battery put back in which could have been avoided if they would have just informed me upfront. Most recently, I've had to return twice to get a screen protector re-applied (latest time being after only after half a week). Rather than just say, "darn that shouldn't start peeling off so quickly" and replacing it (protectors are ridiculous high profit margin for these shops), instead I was actually told that I must have done something wrong to make the screen protector delaminate from the phone. Wow, maybe I'm holding my phone incorrectly, or i'm looking at it wrong, or perhaps I'm using too many apps that is delaminating the phone. It was just a ludicrous claim to make! Having foolish pride so that you find ways to make the client/customer wrong is particularly bad marketing strategy as I walked out the door saying I would never return! My time is more valuable. I'll seek out and spend more with professional phone repair groups like Apple or mobile providers that will just own the problem, fix it the first time, and earn my future loyalty. read more

I had a screen protector put on and when I got home I noticed it had air bubbles trapped under it. I planned on going back but with the rain and life it took about 2 weeks to make it to the store and by then I must have knocked my phone against something and shattered the screen protector. I brought it in today and Peter did a super job putting a new one on at no additional charge! It was the right thing to do but not every business does the right thing. Thank you Peter and IGeeks. read more

I've used iGeeks' services several times for iPhone and iPad screen repairs. I keep coming back because they're fast, responsive, friendly, and priced fairly. I appreciate businesses that are owner-operated and feel local, not corporate. read more

My Apple Watch needed a new screen and battery, and my Apple Watch Series 4 is working great now. After talking with the owner, the pricing was reasonable and the repair did not take long after the parts came in. Apple Support was not very supportive though. The Apple Pay feature was disabled after the watch was repaired, because I didn't go through Apple, which would have jacked the repair up to almost the price of a new Apple Watch. ($360). Apple Support was not transparent in their explanation until I talked to several "Senior Advisors". They don't want any local businesses to work on their products. I support local businesses whenever I can. Thank you iGeeks! read more

What an awesome experience! I ruined my screen on my new Iphone pro and it was going to be 11 days without a phone through Verizon. Dan helped me with where to go to buy a legal cheap phone for the time being. When I found one... he set it up for me so I could at least keep my business going! I also had the opportubity to watch him as he was interating with clients. Dan is so friendly, caring, trustworthy, and ethical. This is my go-to from now on for fixing iPhones...we have 5 of them in my family and I trust him more so than Verizon. read more

My son dropped his iPad and cracked the screen. The iPad was old, and difficult to service. These guys were fast. They had to order the part, but they were still faster than Apple or BestBuy, and significantly more affordable. Unfortunately, the iPad wasn't completely fixed; but it had to do with a defective replacement screen. They immediately took back the item and replaced the defective screen, solving the problem at no additional charge. I would go to them again if needed. read more

Dan very politely told me my phone was repaired brushing over the fact that the screen was NOT ENCLOSED and is exposed down the entire side of phone. Got the phone home to realize that the phone doesn't operate with a SIM card as well! Texted Dan to inform him of this problem. He tells me all repairs are final even though he gave me a phone that was partially repaired (he did repair the software portion) and doesn't function. Also offered to return "used" screen which incorrect for phone according to Apple. Data was backed up, needed badly damaged phone to function. Can't get Apple to warranty phone because it has the wrong screen (Dan refused to let me give it back to him). $160 for incompetent repairs plus approximately $600 for useless phone equals $760 dollars! Well, buyer BEWARE is all I have to say! read more

I wish I could give more stars! Great customer service and quick work. I thought my phone was beyond repair, but they were immediately confident that they could help me. When my phone had more problems than originally thought and the repair was taking a bit longer than the technician had originally said, he knocked the price down for me. My phone works perfectly now. Very affordable and welcoming and accessible. I think the technician who helped me was named David. Thank you! read more

My old iPad Pro stopped charging, so naturally I took it to the Apple Store first. They told me there was a problem with the charging port and there was nothing they could do. They pretty much said I'd have to buy a new iPad. Luckily somebody told me about iGeeks, so I went there. They said they'd change the port, no problem. The nice people at iGeeks saved me so much money from having to buy a new iPad. I'm very thankful to them for their quick and honest work, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone with any Apple device issues. read more

If I could give more stars, I would! The owner, Dan, was wonderful! I cracked my screen during a very busy work day today. I called him and he said he would keep the shop open for me so that he could fix it! I came in frazzled, with my 10 year old son in tow, and he reassured me that he could fix it in less than 20 min. It is perfect, and the best part is that the price was beyond reasonable! It was the least expensive for the best quality. Incredibly friendly service and I was back to work within minutes of walking out. I will now bring all of our company repairs to Dan. read more

I got my iPhone screen repaired here on a Saturday (few weeks ago.) he did a good job but he was cold and unfriendly! Also I wish he had told me there was a Groupon deal out right now that would have saved me about $20 I didn't see the Groupon offer until a couple days later Update: I am switching this from 3-5 stars because the owner Daniel gave me great customer service today, and so did the guy (don't know his name) working with him. I am happy now and they were very welcoming/caring in terms of customer service! Also I believe they have the lowest price in town for Screen repair read more

Don't bother with this place. I brought my phone in for a cracked screen, and the guy took 2 hours and literally THREE separate tries (after trying to hand it off to me as fixed 2x) to get the new screen working. I decided to purchase a screen protector from them, and regret it. The screen protectors are pricey and ineffective; mine cracked the entire screen under the protector after a 1ft fall off of the couch. Big surprise, iGeek takes no responsibility for the failure of the screen protector nor offer a replacement. Felt like a rip-off to be honest. Definitely find somewhere else to take your broken electronics if you want effective products at literally the same price. read more

Dan made sure I was taken care and and was very friendly to chat with while I waited the last few minutes! If i could rate this 0 stars I would, but i cant so he gets 1 star, i went in to ask about my phone and he just took it and opened it up without asking for any type of permission first or consulting about prices, after he runs his diagnostics all of a sudden its a 20 dollar fee for the "work" that he did even though he didn't fix anything. He tried throwing in a charger or a screen protector and lied about the type of screen protector. TERRIBLE SERVICE DONT COME HERE HE IS A SCAMMER read more
