About Eight years ago, I started to plan a small home theater. In researching the brand of projector I was interested in, I found Defined Entertainment Design and Peter and his partner Mark. From the beginning I felt that they not only knew what they were doing but used that knowledge to give me the best possible system that my budget would allow. I have since replaced that projector, upgraded equipment several times and the experience has always been positive. They are also experts in extracting the best possible picture and sound from your system.They have always been very quick to respond to any question and I have found their service in general to be outstanding. A recent example was a projector bulb failure, which they ordered/had Fedexed from the manufacturer and installed in 24 hours. WOW! that's service.
