They ran all the cords through the wall into an adjacent room so there's no cable box or anything in our living room--just the TV floating over the fireplace. The technicians who came to the house were extremely friendly (even played catch with my 3-year-old son and let him "help" them with the installation) and cleaned everything up after they were finished. They also took time to make sure I knew how to work everything. Justin, the owner, also stopped by during installation to make sure everything was going well, and followed up with a phone call after they had left to make sure I was happy with everything. The TV looks and works great, and the installation ended up costing about 20% less than the quote because there were a couple items the technicians didn't end up needing.
