He was running late from his prior appointment and texted me 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Communications were great. Eric showed up and started working on my laptop. He was patient and methodical but my laptop problem was a challenge. Eric asked if I was comfortable taking the laptop to the shop. I felt good about Eric and gave him permission.
