He advised me over the phone about what to look for and, when I needed him a week later for repairs-- he was SO QUICK, fitting me into his schedule the next day. My only regret is not getting in touch with him sooner, because we have had years of connectivity issues that he solved in minutes. It is no surprise Douglas has a successful business, because he is a no-BS cut to the chase, problem solver, which as a busy person myself is much appreciated. It amazed me -- things I did not know about our server, and if he asked me a question that I did not know the answer to (p.s.
