He was quick, efficient, and original. We had many, many moments of changing our minds about different things (with a group of 3 girls, this is quite typical). I'm sure we worked him to the bone, but he never showed it -- always answered emails immediately (and professionally) with a 'can-do' attitude. Thanks for putting up with us, Mark!

You will not be disappointed. 1. This company promises you to be in the top search of google within 3 months, but this is a Bait and Switch, what they mean is that if a client or customer types in 5 or more terms you will come up in the top search. Most people do not type a chain of terms when searching. Hence, this led to no new business. 2. No new business in 2 1/2 months. Not a huge deal except they charge $4500 a month. 3. They tried not to honor my refund date and even threatened to charge me for the full year even though the service is advertised month to month. 4. After receiving my refund, they charged my card again $4500 the next month, which I just put a stop payment on. I wish you the best of luck going with this company. You will need it.

He did a great job rebuilding our…read morewebsite -- the design and structure turned out great, and I understand that a full revamp can take several months to complete. However, over several months, I made several requests for updates and adjustments that unfortunately were never completed, even after following up multiple times. Because of that, I decided to cancel the service -- not due to the quality of the website itself, but because I believe Jonathan may be overwhelmed and could use additional support to keep up with client requests. He did agree to refund the last month's payment (around September), but as of now, that refund hasn't been processed, and communication has been limited. I hope this feedback helps him improve his responsiveness and follow-through, because he truly does great work on the creative side.
