A gentleman working there quickly came over and started chatting with us about crab. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They offer a wide selection: live, fresh, and frozen crab, Japanese scallops, fish, and a variety of shellfish. We considered the live king crab, but it was honestly too big for the two of us to handle in a hotel kitchen--and definitely would've been a splurge. So, plan B: I called my sister-in-law to see if she'd like some frozen king crab legs. She said yes immediately. The gentleman showed us the frozen options, and the king crab legs were long, meaty, and impressive--similar in size to what Costco carries, but priced better. We ended up negotiating a great deal and purchased a box of their Party Pack King Jumbo Crab Legs for her. Later that evening, she surprised her daughter with a king crab birthday dinner, and they reported the legs were super meaty and absolutely delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes and not a single one disappointed. Every plate was cleaned and our tastebuds were dancing. Since it was my birthday they brought out a slice of tiramisu.
