this is my second time here, and I will say I love the loaded flautas! This place is a drive-through Mexican restaurant. I have not been inside to eat but the Loaded Flautas are absolutely delicious. They come with about eight pieces and they are loaded with refried beans, lettuce, cheese, avocado, sour cream, and I always get the red fresh salsa which is very mild, not spicy at all and has such a great flavor. They are very filling. I am addicted to these flautas. I have tried the cochina pibil tacos too and they are so flavorful! I highly recommend you. Try them next time. read more

Service was great, food was phenomenal the Birriadillas are a must!!! We will be coming back when we're back in town.

I'm not originally from Dallas so it was hard looking for a good spot to come eat at until I went on tiktok and found this place and decided to give it a try. 10/10 service, drinks and especially food! First time tried the Flautas and Enchiladas and the Swirl Margarita and I gotta say, I had to come back for a Swirl Margarita and Enchiladas again, but I decided to get the Alambre this time as well and honestly I think I found a new favorite dish. If you are debating on trying this place out, don't think twice of it, just come in you wont regret it! read more

Ok so Yelp suggests that a good review touch on three main topics! Which is quite fitting for this situation tbh. Food - so let me start off by saying that sadly I have been here a few times and each time it's been a fail. However, this particular time we ordered a few tacos, menudo and guisó en salsa verde. Now the menudo was a bit bland and tasted like it had been reheated which was ok I suppose. But the real kicker is that the guiso had no flavor and looked a bit suspicious so I decided to take a loss and eat my beans which by the way I DO NOT generally like but as I went to make a bean taco there was a ROACH in it... yup a ROACH! When I brought it to the waitress's attention she took the dish and brought me another one! What in the world! No ma'am I do not care to eat more roach beans! Then she told what I think was the owner's daughter about what happened that girl looked at our table and made a face. The worst part is that the owner was there and you would think he would have come over to personally apologize but NOPE! That didn't happen he actually didn't even come near our table! IMO I would steer clear unless you ok with some dead roaches in your food. Service: I'm going to have to give them a 0 for service as today was a Sunday morning and I expect to be greeted with a smile if anything on a Sunday and that was not the case with the exception of what appeared to be a new employee. Not good! I mean "You are welcome of all the places in Dallas that we could have eaten at we chose your establishment and you thank us by giving attitude and no grace? Umm ok... Ambiance: I will say that the ambiance is ok. It's cute which is why I was making a TikTok to show how cute it was initially then I got welcomed by attitude and fed roaches... so that's that for my review on this place. Tip to the Owner - next time try apologizing for the occurrence and possibly refunding that plate or offering another, it goes a long way in customer service. Response to Raymundo C - Business Owner: I expected a representative from the management team to come over and apologize for the incident Unfortunately, that did not happen and it reflects poorly on the business. While I appreciate your response to my review, it is unacceptable for any type of insect to be found in a plate of food, regardless of the species. Your acknowledgment of the situation in writing and you not extending an apology, speaks to your character. The mishandling of this situation has left a bad impression on me and negatively impacted the restaurant's public image. The proper way to have handled this would have been to address it while we were on site and I may have left a good review on the service but you did not and then when you had the opportunity to address this privately by sending me a direct message you chose to reply the way you did. You mentioned why would I return if I didn't like it, well my spouse frequently dines at your establishment, and that is the reason we came here today and the only reason why I had been there those few times in the past. Despite me being willing to overlook the initial issue with my food and continue with my meal, the discovery of a roach made that impossible. Furthermore, the insect was embedded in the refried beans, yet your workers had the audacity to have another plate of beans brought to us. It was highly inappropriate as that batch of beans should have been disposed of since it was clearly contaminated. I would appreciate it if you could provide the report from your Pest Control Company (Entomologist). In conclusion, I hope that this experience serves as a learning opportunity to improve your operations and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. read more

Been a customer for 26 years but just tried the spicy chicken taco for the FIRST TIME. I never order chicken tacos because chicken is rarely a stand out on a menu, but this taco just changed my mind! It's so delicious. The cooking technique used to prepare the chicken combined with the spicy seasoning is unmatched. My new go to! (The taco, not the restaurant. I come here all the time anyway.) read more

I ordered the caldo de Pollo (chicken soup) to go, to bring back to my toddler son who had just had a medical procedure done. The soup order itself comes with side of rice and tortillas as well. I was staying at a hotel about 5 minutes away but when I got back and opened the bag, we realized the plastic cover melted into the soup. I called the restaurant and told them what happened and they apologized and would make a new one for me. My husband drove back to the restaurant and picked another one up. In the new bag, they gave us another full order of soup (including the side of rice and tortilla even tho those items were fine initially) as well as a free empanada with an "I'm sorry" note. This is amazing customer service. The soup was amazing and tasty as well. My toddler son loved it. The soup is loaded with lots of carrots, potatoes and chicken. He also enjoyed the flavorful rice which I began feeding him even before the new container of soup arrived because he was hungry. I will definitely come back again read more

My coworker introduced me to this place. Service was fast and friendly and the prices seem reasonable for the portions. I want to try out more of their menu as I've only been getting the soups. I enjoyed the caldo de pollo and caldo tlalpeno. The soups come with rice and tortilla. Parking was not a problem when I showed up in the afternoon. read more

This is definitely a hidden gem and don't let the location deter you from experiencing the family owned restaurant, promise it's worth it. Plenty of parking which is free. The owners are very friendly, warm and welcoming along with the great staff. The restaurant is very clean, colorful and relaxing, as you can clearly tell the owners take great pride in their business. There is plenty seating including a full bar with tabletop seating. Menu is full of great tasty options. Wife and I shared the chicken tortilla soup, which is fantastic!! The broth very flavorful, chicken tender and had cut carrots, potatoes and big tortilla chips garnished with cheese and pico. Definitely recommend the soup and from others were eating we can't wait to come back. read more

This place is the worst for customer service. We were there yesterday and they have this cashier that is very rude with the customers and we try to complain about it and the owner instead of to give us a good hopes for the future to come back he take her side and say that we Take our business on places sales. The thing is he problem is that the girl that she got right there is very rude and nobody with the customers, but I'm pretty sure the owner is when I lost a lot of clientele because of her and that's what he really deserves because they don't know nothing about customer service I hope so. They talk to the ugly girl that is very rude so really bad. I hope so. Don't bother there. The food is excellent, but the customer service is the worst. read more

What a great spot!! Small but friendly restaurant with great food and tasty adult beverages. We were there with a party of about 20 people and our order took less than five minutes to come out. I had the enchiladas and I told my friend these were Mamas enchiladas because they were like homemade. Three enchiladas stuffed with chicken and rice and beans on the side. I was stuffed and with the giant frozen pina colada I was ready for a nap afterward. Prices are cheap in today's economy. This place reminds me of storefront restaurants in Mexico which always have the best food. Will definitely be coming back for more. read more

A coworker & I met up for lunch we had no clue where we wanted to dine. So, we drove around until we stumbled upon this joint. This establishment is newly remodeled, so the atmosphere was inviting. They have a wide selection of alcohol to choose from as their bar is massive. The menu also has a wide variety to order from which was refreshing. From grilled chicken, nachos, quesadillas, tacos, enchiladas, elotes... etc We kept it simple steak nachos & a steak quesadilla with a side of elotes. Everything was phenomenal!!! Fresh ingredients, friendly services, easy parking and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Mexican cuisine. Ronnie's pick read more
