Absolutely delicious! We came here with my family to grab a bite and ended up eating more than we thought we would. The chips were delicious. The guac was delicious. The location is not super visible from the street, so you have to know what you're looking for. Our waiter was great. We will for sure be back!

Food: Quesadilla - The portion was huge and definitely enough to share. The quesadilla itself was a little on the salty side for my taste, but the sauces were delicious and added a lot of flavor. Flautas - Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned without being too salty. The sauce paired really well with the flautas, and I also really enjoyed the rice and beans on the side. Service: The most helpful sweetest service! They look happy to help. They're attentive and bit conversational here and there. Ambiance: Colorful, casual, and nicely decorated. It had a cozy Mexican restaurant feel that made the space feel warm and inviting. It's also located in the back so when you enter you just have to keep going down the hall past all the little shops to get there!

Had to update my review. This is not the same coco from back in the day. The new ownership changed the recipes and the entire vibe from what Coco and her husband intended this restaurant to be. Just wished you had the opportunity to experience it before the current management took over.

Antonio is the sweetest! He took care of 12 of us girls and took many pictures. He knows where the best spot for pictures are. Just simply amazing. Food and drinks are perfect as well.

I found this place through Yelp while looking for a dinner spot in the Bishop Arts District. It was hard to find. There is a sign on the main drag but you have to walk through a soap/jewelry shop to get to it. We came on a Thursday night and the place was empty...as in were the only ones. I think the hostess also had a hard time understanding English since communication was a bit rough. I ended up trying the enchiladas verdes which were good but nothing amazing. They were mini tortillas but you got five of them. Portion size was just right for me for one meal but would have hoped for bigger portions given the price.

This place was decent. The wait time for a party of 3 on a Sunday was about 35 minutes. Food: Benedict was delish. Pancakes on the side were small but tasty. Orange juice was my favorite as it was totally freshly squeezed. Ambiance was very nice. Quiet for being so packed and busy. Breakfast hit the spot.

They have live music!!! This restaurant is kind of hidden as it's in the back of a bazaar in the middle of bishop arts district, but I'm happy I found this Mexican restaurant on Yelp. The salsa had a nice kick and the rice was popped to perfection. They give complimentary chips and salsa and you can tell they make the chips in house as they're warm. I got the whole fried fish and it was very meaty; delicious!!! The fish came with rice and cabbage salad which complimented the dish well. It's topped with some form of tomato based sauce which is good because the fish was a little bit dry. My partner got the beef fajitas and he was happy the dish was sizzling upon serving. They were generous with the meat portions and it was well done like he likes it. It's topped with red and green bell peppers so you get some veggies in hahahaaa This Mexican restaurant is really good with food and entertainment and has pretty low price points for the value of the meals. Definitely recommend this restaurant when in the Dallas Bishop Arts District neighborhood!!!

We found this place by accident. We were not even planning to eat. We were looking at the art in the store front and just smelled something so amazing. I said we have to find out what that smell is and followed our curious noses to the back of the building to the restaurant hidden behind several stores! And I am sooooo happy we did! We decided to sit on down and eat. I had a mango marg and I am on a hunt to recreate this deliciousness. I could not recreate the artistry as you can see in this pic. It wasn't even on the menu. I asked for something fruity and the most attentive waiter ever brought me this delight. Yum. I asked for a recommendation on the brunch menu and got the huevos chorizos and ohemmmgeee what a recommended. It was above worthy. Homemade corn tortilla. I don't know how to say it but the beans were the best ever. It was just damn delishish. The seating room was super cute (check my pic). Even the bathroom was in decor (and all-gender). Of all the food in Bishop Arts, this is by far my favorite and I am thinking about it days later. I cannot wait to go back.

Our server, Daniella, was wonderful! We got seated outside on their quiet outdoor patio which had a great vibe to it! Ordered casa margaritas which tasted amazing and I was feeling tipsy just after one. Then for apps we order chips and salsa (not on the menu, you have to ask for them. Comes with green and red salsa for $6) and their ceviche which was veryyyy refreshing. Then for our entrees, my fiance had the best Barbacoa quesadilla he's had in Dallas and I had their Garnachas! They were delicious as well. Overall great service, great ambiance and yummy food! Pricier then what the most recent photos of the menu are posted on here, but we definitely be reccomended this place to family and friends!

First time hearing or seeing this place and it was in a beautiful location located in the back of almost like a little mini shopping plaza in Bishop Arts. We were assisted immediately and had a very kind server. He did the best he could with the questions we were asking. I will start with stating the guacamole was 10/10 . Our fajitas had a couple different problems. We asked for medium and it was just a bit too tough for our liking. The in house made corn tortillas were very powdery, however they did put them on the grill for us after we stated our concerns! The side of rice and beans were also a 10/10. Not sure if I would try this place again but it was a nice atmosphere and kind workers!

Complimentary champagne, and AMAZING service from our waitress. I've literally never had a server with such extensive knowledge of a restaurant's menu. Very impressive! (which was HUGE btw). While the service was exponentially excellent, the food was...good. The menu was what I would describe as "elevated Mexican" with some other Latin-inspired steakhouse dishes (think filet mignon with some salsa on the side) Everything was good, but nothing really stood out for me.
