This time we were needing catering for a Celebration Of Life for my wife's grandpa, It was small ~100 people. We wanted just appetizers, drinks and desserts. After selecting our appetizers, drinks and cupcakes we were sent the invoice. She included full service for two hours, she didn't want us to worry about anything. We have someone who is allergic to gluten and Carolina was more than accommodating. The day of service the caterers showed up EARLY!!!! How awesome! They were very responsive and catered to our needs. Day of the event, they arrived on time for set up (one hour in advance of planned serving time) and were ready to serve the 60+ guests. I did misinterpret the quote which stated tablecloth for salsa bar and assumed tablecloth's would be provided for the guest tables, but it wasn't a big deal as we had brought our own just in case. The salsa station looked elegant with nice tablecloth and setting and tacos and quesadillas were great. We ordered the pollo, carne asada, and al pastor. Al pastor was easily my favorite, and the salsa verde and guac were on point. We had many guests comment on how good the tacos were, and took business cards for their future events!
