Super duper good!! Loved the meat (we had rib and pork) and all the sides! Beans yum.... They also had a huge variety of sauces on their sauce rack! If you like american bbq, this is the place to go! Next time I really want to try their hash browns. Apparently those are amazing. The food came out super quick, and it was a clean place to eat! The cashiers and workers there were very sweet as well. Definitely coming back!

Three of my pictures didn't upload from my recent reviewso I guess I have to do another review. I forgot to mention that the Mac and cheese wasn't as good as I remembered from my last visit

The pile of fat that was removed from my Pulled Pork

Ordered delivery from here through Grub Hub. Unfortunately the order we received was wrong. I ordered brisket and pulled pork and received all pulled pork. Now, the restaurant may have been out of brisket or they made the order wrong, I'm not sure. Regardless, Grub Hub gave us a refund for the mistake. I definitely would have preferred a different meat other than all pulled pork!! I know pulled pork is typically pretty fatty but I felt like there was SO MUCH fat left in the pulled pork. Like gigantic chunks that I had to remove which I feel like isn't typical. It was fairly unappetizing, but the flavor of the pork was really good and it was super tender. I also ordered tater tots, Thai peanut coleslaw and corn bread, all of which were absolutely delicious!! I would get food from here again but would definitely try something else!!

Yeah, tons of food. The trough has to weigh like 2 pounds. There was so much food. I'm a big eater. I barely finished it.

Proportions are top-of-the-line and over the top gigantic portions great beans, pulled pork and mac & cheese phenomenal barbecue #BucketListBarbecue

Peanut Cranberry Slaw, Ranch Beans, Tri Tip Steak, Beef Brisket, Cornbread

Ordered the BBQ heaven plate with tri tip, beef brisket, baked beans, coleslaw, and corn bread. The portions are a slightly small, but the have competitive pricing. The tri tip and the baked beans were the only things I liked. THE CONS: The beef brisket was tough, chewy, dry and almost inedible. The cornbread was awfully dry, though the taste was okay. The coleslaw was bland, just okay. Mine literally had a single cranberry in it. THE PROS: Was expecting the tri tip to be slices, but it had the texture of a pulled pork. I actually liked it, but could see how it might be a deterrent to some. It was nice and tender and the fat on it was cooked well. The baked beans were nice and thick with plenty of tasty sauce. Overall, might be willing to give it another chance and order other meats, but definitely skipping the beef brisket and coleslaw. Hoping that I just ordered midday and perhaps maybe if I ordered closer to lunch or dinner, things would be more fresh and less dry.

Delivery by GrubHub. Based on the photo can you guess what I got? Me either. The meat all looked the same and tasted the same - bland and dry. They don't give you enough bbq sauce for the amount of meat. The best taste was the coconut creamed corn. Would I recommend? Probably not. There is better bbq out there.

Food - Delicious - tried the Mac and cheese with some trip tip. Corn was bomb too. Had a slight coconut flavor that makes it yummy. Ambiance - Good - Smaller place Service - EPIC!!! Our counter person was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Also gave us a run down of all the sauces. I'll be back. But in the meantime took meats to go!! Oh and the Root Beer!!! Best I've had.

Our server/cashier was so sweet. She welcomed us, made sure we were ok through out my dine in. I came across this place just scrolling through yelp. Definitely a good spot to try. The food came out perfectly. There's a few options on the menu along with bbq sauces.

Brew Hawgs is nestled in a smallish strip mall off of Tustin. The marquee reads "BBQ to go", not actually "BrewHawgs", so watch for that. Other than that it's easy to get to and parking is plentiful. There is limited inside seating (which has a welcoming, southern feel) and additional outside seating. Their BBQ sauce selections are up along the wall and are available to take to your table as you dine. The gal at the counter was very welcoming and friendly as she took orders and delivered food to the tables. There's a great variety of sandwich and meat plate options. I like how they're more unique than other BBQ places in the area. The choices for sides are great, too! At this visit I ordered the Knuckle sandwich (fun play on words!), with a side of mac & cheese. The mac and cheese was perfectly seasoned and cheesy. The sandwich was a delightful combo of pulled pork and a fried egg in a brioche bun. SO good! The one thing I would prefer here, tho, would be Coke over Pepsi. So overall, I'd say head on over and give Brew Hawgs a try. I'm pretty sure you'll discover your new favorite BBQ joint!

The Cucumber Watermelon Lemonade (alcoholic) did not disappoint! Super refreshing and definitely very 'watermelony' lol As for my Loaded Jumbo Sweet Potato with pulled pork... yeah, 'jumbo' is exactly the right word . I had to save the other half for later lol. But I really enjoyed the mix of the sweet potato's sweetness with the savory flavors of everything else. I'd definitely come back and try more of the menu!

We were told to sit wherever we want. I decided to get the 3 item combo with tri-tip, brisket, & jalapeño cheese sausage link. Sides were a loaded baked potato and Mac & cheese. While I'm waiting for my food checking out the sauces they have to offer thinking of sauce is in the name this gotta be their game. 4 different kinds of sauce Kansas City BBQ spicy and not spicy, sweet & tangy, & a tangy mustard. Sauce were meh.. they could've been store bought and I wouldn't have know the difference. I've had some good sauces all over the country. My go to sauce would've been the Kansas City Spicy. Food comes out and the presentation looked great! Tried the sausage as I am an aficionado and the crunch the snap of the sausage was very good. Taste was as good loved the cheese ooze. Tried the brisket and it was luke warm at best. Taste was also not there. Didn't taste smoked, seasoned, and really fatty. Moved on to the tri-tip which was cold also! Was really surprised with no customers that the food was cold and didn't understand why. Dipped into the baked potato which looked delicious but then tasted like it was microwaved to melt the cheese. Flavor wasn't there and desperately needed some salt and pepper which there was none on the table. The mac and cheese was decent. Really hoped on my first visit this would've been a nice BBQ spot that I could frequent since it in my neighborhood but lacked the quality I desired in a repeat visitor. Sauced BBQ & Spirits will not be a must visit again unless it's for the spirits. 2 stars

There are two tables outside on a tiny patio and a multitude of tables inside. Our lunch visit didn't start off that great. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not that happy to see us, but we found out later it was because they had a rush of unexpected large parties with a small team. Once things calmed down, staff were more friendly. We shared the two meat combo. We chose brisket and ribs, and a very generous portion arrived on a paper lined quarter sheet pan. The brisket was fork-tender, and had just the right amount of smoky flavor. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone and delicious. Both meats benefited greatly from the delicious barbecue sauce on the table. One small note would be for them to consider a different kind of bottle for the sauce or maybe don't fill them so full. It makes a drippy mess when one pours the sauce. We ordered coleslaw, mac & cheese, and cornbread as sides. The coleslaw was first rate, fresh and crunchy with the right amount of acid to cut through the richness of the meat. The mac & cheese was comforting and creamy, made with a great choice of cheeses. The cornbread for me was too sweet. It was more like cake than cornbread (reminded me of Jiff cornbread mix) but that's a personal preference not necessarily a negative. The place offers an interesting, curated selection of beers and ales. I didn't try any because I didn't want to drink in the middle of the day, but definitely would be worth exploring. There's ample parking, but can be a challenge during peak hours, and if you're not tech savvy it can get frustrating when you do find a parking spot. I admit, with all of the other Yelp reviews, I had mixed feelings about going to this bbq joint. Their menu was very expansive. I tried their bbq ribs, corn bread, and brisket. I wasn't disappointed, but it could be better. This place has potential, and the customer service certainly was a hit or miss. My ribs were a little bit dry, corn bread was a tiny muffin shape, and that was dry. The brisket was delicious, and that was a hit! Located in the Orange Circle, I loved the location. One of the very few "Mom and Pop" shops and restaurants in the area. Overall, my dining experience was so-so. This place is a one and done for me. Food and service are a 3.5. I'm being generous with my 4 Stars! Enough said....

A rib plate and onion rings. I'll break it down Pork ribs were the highlight for me. They were served with sauce on top.. and I prefer them dry. That being said. They were well cooked. Not amazing. But fine Pork ribs : 7/10 Side dish was a runny Mac and cheese: 4/10 Onion rings are pretty perfect. Thick slices with crunchy panko-ish breading. Onion rings 10/10 Brisket plate with 2 sides: sweet potatoes and beans The brisket over all was salty and a bit dry. We were served two fatty pieces from the middle. And a couple not so fatty ones from the ends. Those were dry. The fattier ones were better. But still really salty. Wasn't a fan Brisket 5/10 Beans: a bean medley?!? Multiple variety of evens. Which I am assuming had some bbq sauce in the broth as they were both vinegary and sweet. Honestly. I hated them We threw the entire side away Beans 0/10 Sweet potatoes : Sweet! Like. Really sweet. With a candied pecan crust. If sweet sweet potato casserole is your jam. .. this might be for you... it wasn't for me Sweet potato: 3/10 The bread and butter pickles were good On a side note. Ketchup is served in little plastic cups.. as opposed to a squeeze bottle. The onion rings don't actually fit in the cups to dip them in ketchup. So.. yeah that's annoying. Bbq sauce is also served in those little cups. Where are the squeeze bottles of sauce lol. At least they don't charge for bbq sauce like heritage does. All in all was nice to get a new place. Did it remind me of bbq back home? No. Would I return? No
