We went beer tasting at Brewheim in Anaheim and Louie was set up in back with his grill. We preferred the Louie Bowl to sample a variety of items, including the hot link. All came out piping hot, and were super tasty. read more

So I stumbled upon Louie's at Brewheim, not only was the food delish but the customer service was exceptional. I was welcomed with a smile and warmed by the grill as the man himself made my cheese burger with love and served my very very VERY delightful cup of Mac n cheese. You don't get too many places where Mac n cheese taste this good. The service is this great. And the onions are this sweet! (I don't even really like onions like that) will be back again at his food truck or when I stop at brewheim again :) read more

Louie's Smokin BBQ is one of the regular food pop-ups at the GREAT Brewheim Beer Makers brewery in Anaheim, so my wife & I have gotten it a few times now and it is excellent. The meat on the ribs is so tender (and delicious) that it falls right off the bone and the pulled pork & brisket literally melts in your mouth. Then there's the mac & cheese - PHENOMENAL. If BBQ is your thing, then Louie is your man. read more

Great service. Looking to hit them up for catering too. Great food. Ready to give more business there way.

Food was very very good but I gave a 4 star because everything was served on very small hotdog buns. My husband couldn't even pick up his hotlink and had to eat everything separately. However, taste was 10/10 and highly recommended the mac and cheese! read more

Incredible tasting bbq! Got the kielbasa and bacon wrapped link. Mac and cheese also incredibe.

I will tell you I expected a lot more for what I paid. The pulled pork should have been in a chaffing dish like the wings and not in a dented container on a hot plate. A used bottle of store bought bbq sauce and 2 packages of Hawaiian rolls uncut and just out of the package placed on the counter not worth $400 for 50 ppl. It's understood you will pay more for any type of catering but that was not worth the money especially with the service charge of $90 to have a set up like that. read more

Louie's is the best barbecue I've ever tried. The food is deceivingly simple: cheeseburgers, hot dogs, pulled pork, ribs, mac & cheese; but the flavor is fantastic. Every bite is just amazing and it always leaves me coming back for more. Do yourself a favor and try the cheeseburger with pulled pork. read more

Louie's cheeseburger and bbq ribs changed my life. I feel like a full blown groupie, desperately seeking information on where he'll be next. I cannot untaste what I have tasted, my life will never be the same. He let me in on a few industry secrets and I can only make a cheeseburger at home now exactly the way he makes it. I call it the Louie burger. It will forever be a family recipe. I have seen the light, for he is my (rib) savior. read more

My husband and I have passed Louie's location for a while but never had a chance to stop by. Last night we went to the District Lounge for a few drinks, as we left for the night we decided to visit Louie for the perfect meal before we went home. OMG ... AMAZING!!! I had the Monster Dog, my husband had the Bacon Dog and Monster dog, and we shared an order of ribs. The quality of food, tantalizing taste of savory flavors, ribs that fall off the bone... hit the spot in so many ways. If that wasn't enough Louie's professionalism and customer service are impeccable and of the highest standards. Prices are very reasonable for what you get and the quality of food. We stayed for over an hour eating and talking with Louie and some of the other regulars. Come for the food stay for the company!!! Even if you don't visit the District Lounge or one of the other local gathering holes, when you drive by make sure to stop and get some of Louie's smokin' BBQ... I can't wait to bring my mom she loves hot dogs THANK YOU FOR THE FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE LOUIE!!! read more

The pulled pork and bacon wrapped hot dogs were top notch. I try pulled pork a lot and the smoky flavor in Louie's is rare to fine, I enjoyed it tremendously. I'm not usually a fan of hot dogs but I even enjoyed the bacon wrapped dog with onions. If Louie's there, I'd definitely recommend checking the food out! read more

Louie's was incredible! Amazing service and one of a kind hot dogs! Seriously 10/10 recommend !

Fantastic bbq! I had the Louie Special AND the ribs (I'm secretly 800 lbs). They were both excellent! The Louie Special is a bacon wrapped Louisiana hot link with bbq brisket and BBQ sauce. The spice was flavorful and just right on the heat scale, enough to give a nice kick. Highly recommended. The ribs literally fell off the bone and the sauce was tangy, sweet, with just a pinch of spice. Nuff said. Also highly recommended. The customer service was also phenomenal! Not only did he bring the food to us inside (we were at Network Brewery, also recommend), but he came back to make sure we were enjoying our meals. TLDR: Great food, great service. Get the Louie Special or the Ribs, you'll be glad you did! read more

-=*STORY TIME*=- On a Saturday night out with friends in the Orange circle, I stopped by Louie's to pick up the King Louie (hot dog + bacon + briscuit) as a snack. I was so focused on food that I left my wallet on the counter and sped off to my Uber for a ride home. Wallet-less. I was panic stricken all weekend as I had a check and my work ID in that wallet, both irreplaceable. Fast forward 2 days and I get a call at 8AM - it's Louie, who held onto my wallet and, seeing my employee badge, called my work during business hours to let me know he had my wallet and would hold onto it safely for me. It's one thing to find a spot with phenomenal food with great pricing (seriously, I would raise my children on this biscuit) and another level entirely for the provider to be a caring, compassionate, and thoughtful individual. Extremely grateful and appreciative of his taking the time to help me out. Cheers Louie, thanks for the support and meals. I can see why you're such a local favorite! read more

Came to the brewery last minute and had the mega monster while at brewhiem tonight. So good everything was in point!

Probably the best bbq ribs I've ever tasted. I first got the ribs from my friend introducing me while I was visiting Chapman area. Then I got hooked. Because he also stays open late, this place became my go-to spot for late night bbq ribs. They are always warm at perfect tempeture, and very juicy, Never Dry. Love it! He also gives out a punch card so you can collect them and get a free one on the 10th(?) Order. read more
