Look!!! I'm not sure why these guys got a 3 star rating. I'm just going to tell you as a guy from Brooklyn, New York. That I freaking love these bagels. The flavor and texture of them are freaking amazing! I've had other bagels from other spots in the city and they weren't memorable for me. I live in Gahanna and if I travel all the way to Dublin for something. It's gotta be good. I always get the sesame seed bagel toasted with butter. I must say it's the best thus far I've had in the central Ohio area. It's slightly crispy, airy and chewy. The butter they use is on point and they always put the right amount. Definitely I would suggest to get the bagels fresh. To top it off, I normally get the hazelnut pastries they have. They are pretty tasty. Service wise. It can be annoying when they run out of bagels. Especially when your mouth was set on one. Sometimes they are super fast. Other times they move at snail speed! They are normally very friendly but occasionally you'll get that one or two that's not happy to be there. read more

So I moved here earlier this year and started to come to this location off and on. Never heard of the Chain. They have messed up my order in the drive through quite often. By the time you get to your destination who wants to drive back for the correction. But the other day I decided to try them 1 last time so I went in and ordered to avoid any confusion. They were not that busy but seemed to be disorganized and confused over a small wave of orders. Needless to say, yes, they somehow found a way to screw up another order of mine. Im torn when i write this review, between their price and quality, so Ill elaborate. The food is pretty good, its creative, and it really outdoes the big box chains when it comes to ones on the go breakfast. Im not interested in any lunch offerings from, so everything I say is based on breakfast. When I stare at the menu, I find it refreshing. I have options to choose from, and if your like me, some days you just want something different than the day before. With that said, the price is a tough one because with that refreshing menu comes with a business that deserves profit, but hot damn Im not a rich man, so I must choose my meals carefully. So yeah, 3 or 3.5 or 4 stars, whatever, its a good place and I like it. The service was always good enough or great, and while Ive had a couple of minor errors, they fixed it, and we moved on no big deal. If your in town and looking for something different than golden arches, try it for sure. Expect to find a variety of bagels, cream cheese spreads, coffee varieties, and uniques sandwiches. Not the best location out there. Didn't have a great experience. The food wasn't very fresh. We ordered 2 breakfast bagels, a muffin, and a lox and cream bagel. Lox and cream is one of my favorites, what I ate here was just ok. My first time ordering a egg and cheese on a plain bagel here; and it wasn't edible. The eggs were plastic, the cheese was plastic, and the bagel was stale. I was glad to have my toasted lox and cream bagel as backup. Babe got egg and turkey sausage....not as good as it normally is from other Einstein Bagels shops. The blueberry muffin, which I normally love, was also stale and had that flavor of sitting too long in a musty fridge. All I can say is at least I had a decent lox and cream bagel. read more

I was pleasantly impressed with the size of menu and breakfast or lunch options. I ordered a Asiago bagel which was a turkey sandwhich with avacado, tomato, lettuce and a sauce that was incredible. I recently stopped going to this location - I would probably give another location a chance because the food is great but there is not another one for many miles. They have a drive through that is very slow and from time to time i will pull up and wait for minutes before finally pulling up to order at the window. They consistently get my order wrong - not a complicated order at that. They usually have a bad attitude when they have to fix their mess up. After several wrong orders in a row I finally contacted corporate who took my info and never got back to me. Hopefully they will get their stuff together. Great coffee with a good variety, great bagels with a great variety of bagels and spreads, good sandwiches. It has a nice decor, good fixins in the coffee bar, lots of drink choices. Overall it's a very nice place if you're not poor. It is WAY overpriced though. You'll pay $8 for a wee little sandwich that wouldn't fill up an anorexic model. The sandwiches are very good but it'll fit in the palm of your hand and all you get with it is maybe a spoonful of potato salad. Think of how many places you can get a full meal for that price. You can engorge yourself for less at a Chinese buffet. The prices here are just ridiculous. Clearly the upper crust of society is who they're targeting. This place has no wifi either. What self respecting coffee shop has no wifi? Even McDonalds has wifi for cryin out loud. Get with the times Einstein. This particular location is so flipping slow in the morning. If you go through the drive through give yourself an extra 15 minutes and expect lukewarm coffee. All I want is a quick coffee, I went inside thinking it would be faster, the cashier told me for just a coffee to go I can go straight to the "pay here" line next time which made me happy. I tried Einstein Bros Bagels for the first time this morning. My significant other and I wanted to grab a quick breakfast before running some errands. "Quick" wasn't exactly an accurate description; there was quite a line for the drive through, so we waited a bit longer than we would have elsewhere. I ordered their avocado toast, but asked them to add an egg and make it into a sandwich. I thought it was good. The everything bagel it was served on was flavorful and a bit chewy. Nowhere near as good as a New York/New Jersey bagel, but definitely a step up from other breakfast chains like Tim Hortons and even Panera. My significant other ordered a bagel with lox, cream cheese, and capers. Strangely, it also came with red onions, which was a surprise to us and something he picked right off. It seemed like a strange addition, but to each their own. I also ordered a black iced coffee and enjoyed their blend. It had good flavor without being overpowering and really didn't need any cream or sugar to supplement. She was a heavier set woman and her uniform has so much crud and gunk and dried up hard food or stains on it that it was completely unappetizing. When working in food you should either wear an apron or keep your uniform clean enough that your guests aren't grossed out. I've been in here a couple of times now. My experiences all seem similar. They have quite a selection of bagels, breakfast items, sandwiches and latte's. The elevated menu board can be a bit of a task for deciphering what you wish to order. When I've stopped in, it was usually for a breakfast item and latte. I found the available menu pictures are confusing which menu item they go with. Point, if there is a specific item you want. That, or ask questions. Service has been mediocre. Staff always seemed preoccupied and sometimes just hanging around. It has been a challenge to find clean tabletops when dining in. Although there is plenty of parking spaces, navigating Sawmill to get to the location can pose its own challenges. When I go here, it is usually because I am looking for one of their deli style bagels as there are not many offerings in the surrounding area. Otherwise, there are other coffee shops that are more convenient. read more

So I had a BOGO coupon for breakfast sandwich at Einstein Brothers Bagels and decided to give it a try ....Have been to Einstein BB before, usually for their bagels which have always been awesome...if you haven't already please get their pumpkin smear....it is straight up fire!! getting back to my order, ordered the Chrorizo Sunrise and French Toast egg sandwiches....The Chorizo Sunrise which had Chorizo Sausage patty, guacamole, cheddar cheese and a southwest smear (Has a little bite), sandwich was good but I would give it 3 !/2 stars....I enjoyed the French Toast and would recommend that over the Chorizo...The FT has an egg, bacon, cheddar cheese and a cinnamon smear which took it over the top!! With the BOGO coupon total was $5.49....which for 2 bagels breakfast sandwiches is legit....I recommend Einstein's for breakfast/lunch and definitely for coffee....their bagels are consistently tasty and have never really had a bad experience their....Enjoy : o read more
