I haven't been here in years since our offices moved but stopped in this AM. I much prefer Brueggers to Einsteins in pretty much all regards. Flavor, service, price, etc. Management was welcoming and the staff were friendly. My order was a little complex and she checked to make sure she got it right. They are a little slower but I think it's mostly because they seem to take care in making things right. Ingredients seem quality and they don't try to charge me $5 for an iced coffee.

I had a few minutes to spare and when I say a few minutes, I mean it. I was hungry before picking up the Nugget and needed to eat, the other alternative was the less than stellar pizza place in terminal A of the CMH airport, so I opted for a bagel. I have a soft spot for Bruegger's. Mainly because there was one in my hometown of Troy, NY, that I used to frequent. I walked in and ordered an Asiago cheese bagel with light veggie cream cheese and five plain bagels for the Nugget. Why five? Because who knows if we'll be stranded in the airport, and despite the massive amounts of snacks I had for him, it would be my luck that he'd want something random like a frozen waffle or a plain bagel in the middle of the airport, so five plain bagels it was. The girl taking my order was cheerful enough. I paid, scarfed down my bagel (which by the way was delightful, a boiled bagel with a chewy inside, just like a bagel should be and the veggie cream cheese, which made me feel healthy. I'm not entirely sure the people on the flight will enjoy my garlic/Italian herb breath), and I was on my way. Pros: -Variety of bagel flavors -Variety of cream cheese flavors -Variety of breakfast and regular sandwich options -Boiled bagels -Efficient staff Cons: -My breath Tips: -I know some people like a toasted bagel, but you really can't beat a fresh boiled bagel with a schmear of cream cheese.

My husband and I went in yesterday morning for bagels. We had never been to this location. The location was fairly easy to fine right off of 161. The parking is scarce in the parking lot is a little awkward. However, after the snow, it was nice and shoveled and clean for you to walk over. There was a bit of a line we waited for about five minutes. Even though he said we had never visited before we did not receive any offers of suggestions, but we went ahead and just ordered two bagel sandwiches. I ordered the peppered bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. My husband order the cinnamon raisin bagel with egg and cheese. Overall, you can tell that things are made fresh and quick. In fact, they were so hot you could barely hold them at first. The way they cook them, the outside is crispy, but the inside is soft, which is really nice. We ended up paying $18 for two sandwiches and two drinks. Honestly, the flavor is just lacking. For some reason it just literally tasted like nothing. Weird, right? The sandwich literally tasted like nothing. So when I say it's edible, that's because it tasted like nothing. My husband added ketchup to his and he said it was ok and he ate it very quickly so it must have been tasty. Overall, I don't think I would return. I just didn't have a taste for me. However, they do have quality ingredients a quick wait time and friendly service.

We have been coming here for many years. The last few visits have been a disappointment. Service today was far slower then normal and they left part of the egg shell in the sandwich.

These are my favorite bagels - so soft and chewy. Bummer they do not have enough staff and the line is always out the door. Lots of bagel options and they do a good job of keeping the bagels in stock, but what staff they do have is painfully slow to respond.

I've been a long time fan of Bruegger's and used to frequent this location every weekend when I still lived in Ohio. I got to stop in after some time away and the bagels and service are just as good. I usually opt for the smoked salmon but I also love their cinnamon sugar bagels. They are always super friendly and make your order fast. The owner is there a lot and you can tell he really cares about customer service. There are several tables to sit at but on the weekends it can get a little crowded. Either way though the bagels are always fresh!

I feel like Brueggers has the best bagels in town. They are soft and chewy, LARGE and delicious. They are also a great price - we always get a bundle with cream cheese. It's not close to our house but we make the drive because these are the BEST. Tip: go early, they usually run out!

Excellent bagels but patience is required; pretty slow service most of the time. Some NY flavor with Southern like speed but not the Southern like Charm/Hospitality.

Great portions, super tasty, and just overall a great deal. The nachos were a great choice. We ended up coming back another night after dinner just to grab drinks and dessert, and it was just as good of an experience. The cocktails (like the maple old fashioned) were on point, and the dessert hit the spot. It's just a chill, fun place to hang out, and the staff has been awesome every time.

My family and I dined at The Pearl Dublin on December 23rd to celebrate my cousin's birthday while…read moreshe was visiting from Montreal. While there were a few minor service issues, our server was kind and attentive and acknowledged the celebration with complimentary desserts, which we truly appreciated. After dinner, my cousin and I went to wash our hands and use the restroom. At the time, all stalls were occupied and one was out of service, so we waited. When a stall opened, my cousin kindly let me go first. I finished and stood outside the stalls waiting for her for about three minutes. During that time, I noticed several people going in and out of the restroom area. I also saw a man sitting in a chair along the hallway wall near the stalls, hunched over. Shortly after, a woman exited the restroom and grabbed him to leave. I thought nothing of it and minded my own business. I also observed the executive chef enter one of the restroom stalls. When my cousin exited, she mentioned that the stall smelled strongly of smoke and that three girls had exited the stall before she entered. She said the stall smelled like marijuana but used it only because it was the only option available. She also pointed out that the man sitting outside appeared to be associated with the group who had been in the stall. We then returned to our patio table where our family was seated. Our server brought out her birthday pie along with another complimentary dessert. She blew out the candle, we shared dessert, and we began preparing to leave. A few minutes later, while we were still seated on the patio, the general manager, Nick Krafft, approached our table accompanied by Executive Chef Michael Wagner. We initially assumed he was checking in on our experience. Instead, he immediately stated, "I'm going to have to ask you not to smoke in our restaurant and bathroom," directing the accusation at my cousin and me. We were completely taken aback by both the accusation and the manner in which it was delivered. We calmly explained that it was not us and described exactly what we had observed in the restroom. We stated that neither of us smoke and never have. We even offered to have our belongings checked and explained that we had not taken any jackets or purses with us to the restroom, as our family remained at the table. Despite this, the general manager refused to listen or consider our explanation and continued to place blame on us. He did not speak to our server, who had interacted with us just moments earlier while bringing out the birthday dessert, nor did he attempt to investigate further or de-escalate the situation. As we were leaving, my fiancé asked the general manager if he actually smelled smoke on either of us. He responded "yes," which was not true, and continued to push a conclusion he had already formed. No apology was offered. We spent over $1,000 celebrating a family birthday at a restaurant we had trusted and enjoyed in the past. Instead, the evening ended with my cousin's birthday being overshadowed by an unfounded accusation. There were many guests dining that evening, yet blame was placed solely on two women who had simply used the restroom. I am a Nurse Practitioner, and my cousin is a special education teacher for autistic children. Neither of us have ever smoked. Being accused in this manner was humiliating, hurtful, and completely unnecessary. I was later contacted by the regional manager, who was understanding. However, I believe this situation highlights the need for better investigation, accountability, and staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future. A personal apology from Nick, acknowledging his actions and taking accountability, would be an appropriate step forward after innocent guests were wrongly blamed and a birthday celebration was ruined.
