One of our meals took 10 more minutes than everyone else's so then our food was cold as we tried to be polite to the person who did not get food (but who do you inquire with?!). It felt like the waitlist system was completely disorganized, and the staff offered no real explanation or solution. After wasting nearly an hour, we decided to leave and have brunch somewhere else. Fortunately, the other restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately, this place turned what should have been a relaxing brunch into a frustrating and disappointing experience.
