The ricotta pancake was a standout, fluffy and beautifully soft and lightly crispy on the edges. It is paired with fresh cut bananas. Everything was delicious. The only issues arose because the kitchen ran into an issue with their fryer preventing them from preparing the breakfast potatoes. It also caused a delay in them bringing out part of my meal. They jumped into action to apologize and they treated me to a chocolate chip cookie (delicious, warm and huge!) and a complimentary meal at my next visit. The mochi donuts remind me of funnel cake I don't know why or what exactly they consist of but it's definitely not your ordinary donut taste. The fruity pebble toppings and light icing were a nice addition and not overly sweet at all. The grapefruit orange ade was so amazing, I'll have to try more drinks from here.
