But they taste great and there are all kinds of healthy concoctions and healthier add ins (for an extra charge). A lot of the smoothies taste very similar to each other so I recommend the apple pie one, the cherry one, or my favorite is the chocolate Lean 1 with peanut butter. If you've got loads of money you're dying to dispose of then you could do a lot for your health coming here every day or before and after workouts. If you're a working class stiff then this is a novelty once in a while. Either way, it's worth going and you should go inside because they aren't just smoothies; there are a lot of over priced healthy snacks and supplements for sale in there too and it smells wonderful inside. I recommend buying a tub of Lean 1 if you're looking for a good meal repalcement. It's far healthier than any meal you could ever eat and it works. You'll be satisfied for a few hours. Get it on the manufacturer's website because it's cheaper. But even at the store's prices, it works out to about $3 per Lean 1 shake and that's cheaper than most meals and far healthier.

Today there was no one in store and I ordered my absolute favorite, "The Fix" which is a banana based smoothie and features their cold brew mixed in. The consistency was perfect and I could definitely taste the cold brew and almond butter. I also got a cold pressed juice from their grab and go section. I don't get these too often but the orange grapefruit was really good! I was also intrigued by some of the food items they had this morning but decided to pass. Overall, I will definitely come back to zest since their smoothies are really good (sometimes just a little inconsistent) and it's very convenient. The drive-thru can go a bit slow - mostly because making made-to-order, custom smoothies isn't necessarily a "fast" process. (A blender can only blend frozen ingredients so fast!) It doesn't help that many customers are new to the chain, and the smoothie options can be overwhelming, so it occasionally takes new customers awhile to order too. Staff is friendly, and I've always received great service. Protip: Want a "fast" smoothie? I recommend ordering ahead via the app (super easy!) and popping inside (ample parking right next to it!).
