I got Lemon Pound Cake which is a regular for me but I added blueberry in this one and it was amazing!! In comparison they are pretty much the same. I did see different add ins here that I never saw at healthy day which is what made me curious! The shakes are filling and great for someone looking for a meal replacement. Even tho it takes me a good ten minutes to choose my flavor I love how they have so many options. There's something here for anyone!

I love the owner, she is so sweet, keep up the great work girlfriend!

For the next 15 minutes all I hear was a blender going and waited in confusion as to why it would take this long to make the drink. Not sure what happened. The Thai coconut tea was decent and the boba was fresh. I likely won't return for boba here though.

Has an option to sign up for membership discounts. The annoying thing is having to fill out information before ordering. Has a pretty big menu of beverages to choose. It has a lot of protein shakes with interesting flavors. The other choice is the flavored teas. It has a deal where it comes with both a protein shake and a tea for a combo. It's about $12 to get these in your choice of each. The price is pretty high for this. Herbalife powder is used in the shakes along with ice. The shakes and teas are pretty sugary. It's hard to say these are healthy. They certainly give you nutrients like protein. I like the Green Gusher. This is like green tea with Koolaid or something. It has shakes and teas that taste good. Maybe not healthy. This certainly is a better choice than the fast food around there.

I ended up getting a smoothie here each day during my stay and also stuck around on two days to work on my laptop in the morning. As opposed to a lot of the crowded cafes on High Street, this was a quiet little gem where you could grab a seat and be productive for a bit. I can't speak to anything else on the menu, but I can say the smoothie I got multiple times (the Muscle Magic with vanilla plant-based protein) was really tasty and refreshing!

The owner, Marissa, is very personable and very knowledgeable about her products, which are all healthy, filling, and delicious. Did I mention they're delicious? I had a Dulce De Leche chocolate shake. It was freaking delicious, and less than 300 calories. It had lots of protein powder in it, so it filled me up, too. I asked my wife if she was proud of me for being so good and making a healthy choice (i.e. eating a big, delicious milkshake). Yea, you can imagine her response... UA Nutrition is awesome. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I ordered online or else I would have absolutely bought half of what was in the display case. It all looks amaaaazing! The place was certainly cozy inside with some seating in front and along the side walls and the cashier there was quite pleasant. The chicken shawarma itself was pretty good. Good flavor, though a little bit messy after the first few bites when the juices start leaking out all over the place. It certainly leaved a lot to be desired just tossed into a styrofoam box without being in a wrap or something like shawarma oftentimes comes in. The spicy sauce on the side was also quite good but kind of overpowered the shawarma itself. It also came with a side of Lay's salt and vinegar chips. Really not a fan of said chips and seems like an opportunity to maybe do something more in line with the cuisine to me. Overall, the food was solid but not necessarily mind-blowing from an appearance or functionality perspective. I'd definitely love to come back to get some of those desserts some other time though!

It was so sweet of them as it was an extremely cold day out and I appreciated the extra heat. They also have a few food options of crepes, waffles, and wraps. I ordered a chicken shwarma wrap. The wrap tasted fantastic! The only thing I would have wished that they didn't cut the wrap up into smaller bites. It made it messy to eat where I would have rather just held the wrap. I also ordered a slice of the lotus cheesecake but they gave me the lotus cake. Even though it wasn't what I ordered, the cake had great flavor. The gentlemen working were very friendly. They have seating inside and there were a couple of patrons working on computers and chatting with friends. I ordered my food to go. This is a great little spot.
