One star off as occasionally there are slim pickings of produce and few checkout lanes open, but majority of the time it's as good of an experience as a grocery store can be lol!

It was not until I got home that I noticed the product was EXPIRED! This store is 3 hours away from my home. I attempted to return the product to the store in Mentor Ohio, and they refused to return the product or exchange it. I wanted an exchange. I called corporate and they were less than helpful. The website states returns/exchanges can be made at any store within 30days. Why did the Powell store not check their stock to remove any expired products? Now I need to run around and find a store that will return the product or drive 3 hours for an exchange. The clerk was also less than helpful as when I told him I have a coupon in my email that did not require a code, he told me "Oh that has expired" when I found the coupon it clearly had an expiration date of the end of August. I have been a customer for over 35 years, and I am now done with GNC. Too many hassles for laziness on the part of the store for not checking stock.

The owner, Marissa, is very personable and very knowledgeable about her products, which are all healthy, filling, and delicious. Did I mention they're delicious? I had a Dulce De Leche chocolate shake. It was freaking delicious, and less than 300 calories. It had lots of protein powder in it, so it filled me up, too. I asked my wife if she was proud of me for being so good and making a healthy choice (i.e. eating a big, delicious milkshake). Yea, you can imagine her response... UA Nutrition is awesome. It's nothing like a Vitamin Shoppe that has everything under the sun. NF has a limited number and brands of supplements, protein powders, and natural performance enhancers. They did happen to have my favorite protein powder in stock. I was thrilled to find 2 canisters of the discontinued brand. They gave me discount of 10%, which was nice, but it was still a lot pricier than my e-bay purchase. Guess you really can't compare the two. They are very friendly and not at all intimidating as some bodybuilders can be. In fact, they treated me (a women who is fit, but certainly not stacked) like one of their own. Thanks for that! Apparently they will match prices, but I haven't had the need or information to ask. Living in Grandview, I didn't see anything special enough to motivate me to make the drive. She has to only lift heavy. (Help. That is insane, but it only gets worse). 3) I later learn that he wants a biker chick with tattoos (he has no tatoos and no bike). So essentially, this chiropractor, who didn't even initiate the sharing of his name, is describing a man. HES DESCRIBING A MAN. Also, he kept making fart jokes and actually farting. AND, I learned later, that he lets his looks "do the talking," excuse me? You're almost 30 and just described someone's dad as your dream woman. Anyway, my dad ate my leftovers which was essentially the entire bowl bc I had a very small appetite during this "date," I hope you can understand why. He said it was delicious.
