I was not familiar with this chain and for future reference there appears to be another closer store to me as well. I downloaded the app and trying to order with the activated coupon code was not easy so just ran in. I ordered the Açaí Smoothie and service was pretty quick for 12:30pm lunch rush. Inside was smaller with a few tables and some bar stools. The smoothie was delicious. I will definitely be back and next time I am going to try a peanut butter smoothie or a sandwich. read more

I am giving this place three stars because of how amazing smoothies are. you get a great size for a good price. I ordered the mocha smoothie it comes with chocolate and coffee! It was very rich and taste and smooth. You get a pretty large size for the price. My husband order the beach bum, which is strawberry, banana and chocolate. He said it was OK/good. I admit, it is a little weird combination of flavors. But overall, he said it was good. I tasted it, and it was probably 3.5 out of 5 stars. There is plenty of parking and I was able to park right in front of the store. It is a very clean, and easy to find location. It is small inside, but has some seating. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Even though I was new, they didn't suggest anything, but they patiently waited for me to order. My husband order the buffalo chicken wrap, and I ordered the Baja chicken wrap. They both could use more chicken! I admit, I was disappointed by the amount of protein. It was mostly lettuce. The taste is OK. It is not a store for that kind of food so I'd stick to the smoothies. read more

We placed an online order for a turkey cheddar wrap, SunChips, and an awesome chocolate smoothie. The food was ready when quoted and quite tasty - the smoothie disappeared before we even made it back to eat the food! The staff was friendly and it was easy to park and run in for pick up. Never had tropical smoothie before, I got a sun up sundown on the recommendation of the college volleyball team I was driving. They knew what they were talking about! That smoothie was amazing. Is it worth the price? Not to somebody who doesn't seek that out or isn't Super into quality unprocessed goodness. I suspect perhaps it's worth the price, but not on my budget. If it was closer to my budget range, I would have tropical smoothie probably two or three times a week. So if you do smoothies, yes, go to tropical smoothie! read more

Their credit card machine automatically prompts for a tip. And I always do even though they forget my sandwich almost every time. But I wonder if they know what it means to work for a tip. To earn a tip you should either provide good service or provide poor service kindly. When you provide poor service and a customer doesn't say thank you, your sarcastic "you're welcome" as they're walking away, doesn't earn you a tip. It really just makes you look silly and worthless. read more

Came for lunch on a Wednesday with a friend, and it was quite busy with take out orders. The employees were all wearing masks and properly to boot. They were super friendly and nice. We ordered quickly, and sat in one of the dine-in tables (only about 4 in the small shop) and our food and smoothies were brought to us promptly. We both got the Island Green Detox which was only 180 calories based on the menu and full of veggies, fruits, and ginger. I don't usually like ginger but this tasted quite good! I also got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich which was a good amount for me, and I left feeling very full and still had half of my smoothie left. Altogether it was about $11. Oh, and I got Vickie's jalapeno chips as a side. Would definitely recommend for a quite snack or fast lunch!! I'm glad they have a location here now! read more

Another healthy smoothie place to add to my list of favorites! This spot is newly opened and is festively decorated. It's small, but arranged nicely. They have a great selection of smoothies, but I was really surprised at the variety of wraps and flatbreads offered. I ordered the Island Green smoothie and loved it. The mango and pineapple mixed really well and wasn't too sweet. My boyfriend ordered the chicken pesto flatbread with a side of kale-apple slaw and was really impressed! He enjoyed the slaw so much that he wrote down the ingredients to make it at home. The prices are great and the employees are friendly. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend. read more

Stopped here when I was craving a smoothie. I really wanted something tropical tasting so I went with the mango magic smoothie which had mango, pineapple and yogurt. It totally hit the spot and was so so so good! I finished it in 30 minutes which is pretty fast for me, esp considering how big it was (guessing 24 oz?). I didn't think it was overly sweet which is something I usually think at most smoothie joints. Employees were friendly and service was fast. Would definitely come back to try more flavors esp since summer is around the corner. read more

My first time here left quite a bit to be desired in terms of service. I ordered only a smoothie, and there were no other patrons at this time (around 11:30 am on a Friday). I waited roughly 10 minutes and watched two other people order and receive their smoothies before me. Meanwhile, the workers were busy making orders and placing them in the pick-up area. I finally had to ask about my order - they had forgotten it. I waited another few minutes for them to make it without even as much as an apology.
