Very, very strong taste to the tea not very much coffee flavor and I have to say the two didn't mix well whatsoever I don't know why I continued to drink it, but I did and I wish I hadn't. It's midnight and my stomach is still making noises and protesting against that tea. I don't know if I got bad milk or a variety of tea that my stomach just doesn't like... But this was not the tea for me. The girls in front of me had gotten mango smoothie type of things and that looked delicious and another one had a strawberry looking thing and that also looks delicious. I think I really chose poorly... Like as poorly as one could choose--I could probably receive a metal saying world's, worst choice. It was that bad. They have turned it into a sort of smoothie with the sago in a cup, but I want the whole dessert version they used to do with the fresh fruit chunks, sago, ice cream, etc (look at older pictures on here if you don't know what I'm talking about). Atmosphere is great w/ cozy sitting & different kinds of tables. The place isn't huge, so it might not accommodate a big group if they're busy. Bathrooms are nice & spacious and well kept. Service is good. You can order either at the counter or at one of the two electronic kiosks. One big complaint for me is that neither their menu or the kiosk have any details on what is inside foot desserts & some drinks. Even in online ordering it's a guessing game. Overall, this place is a gem & has authentic offerings you might not find at other parts of Columbus.

Since it was my first time, I asked the guy behind the counter what he'd recommend. He said everything on the menu was good, otherwise it wouldn't be there. Fair enough. I narrowed it down to three options and asked again for a nudge, he told me his opinion was subjective and I should just pick. So I picked something I wasn't sure about, landed on it mostly because it had passion fruit, and ended up not enjoying it. Here's the part that stuck with me: the two customers right after me got a completely different experience. Same guy, suddenly full of enthusiasm, proactively telling one of them he highly recommended a specific drink. I'm not sure what changed between my turn and theirs. But I noticed.
