Cute little shop with cute little drinks! I ordered the creme brulee brown sugar boba milk. I am not a big fan of tea so I really liked that he made sure whether or not I wanted tea in my drink. The brown sugar sauce the boba was cooked in was a 10/10. Truly one of the best brown sugar boba drinks I've had. The boba was fresh and chewy and the creme brulee top was sweet with a hint of salt. We will definitely be back. read more

Love at first try! So many drinks to choose from. Boba was cooked perfectly, soft and chewy. I had the Vivi milk tea, Fresh mango tea with mango bits and tea jelly toppings and their coffee jelly milk tea was awesome it has bubbles and coffee jelly yum! So I always ask if they are getting the tips if you pay by card. Some establishments do and some dont. This one don't, so its nice to have a few bills on hand for tips. Service was friendly and fast. I will be back! Happy tummy! read more

All of these little off-campus shops look vaguely shady at first glance, but it's pretty cute on the inside, if overwhelming for the amount of pink. Service was nice and pretty quick, even though apparently my brain was not ready to actually make decisions about my order XD And the milk tea I got was well made with just the right amount of ice and sweetness. It's a nice stop for a treat on the way home from office work days! read more

This place is fine. Super cute shop, a little run down (tape from old posters on the walls, etc). Almost all of the flavors have caffeine so it's not great for kids- also only one huge size that kids can't finish. But the drinks were yummy and looked like they were made with fresh fruit. Service with a frown/blank stare but that's fine, they got the job done and maybe we expect too much from workers. A little disappointing as a place to have a special treat, but overall decent. I was hoping for something with more charm and ambience than Kung Fu and it kind of does have that? But not like a lovely third space like I'd hoped. Maybe I'll try it again. In the meantime, back to KF. read more

It's good, but if you want to customize your drink or add anything extra to it. Not the bubble tea place for you. The woman said Verbatim "that's to sweet, we can't do that" even after it was stated that paying and a price point is not the problem. The guy next to her who did speak at all cleared His throat and shook his head indicating to her to say no. I understand saying no but the menu is misleading- why have percentages as to how sweet you want your drink- customizing options and all just to tell your customers that the accommodations you offer , you refuse to do ? with no real reason? Especially since it's on the MENU and you can PICK your drink . This experience just reminded me as to why I stopped coming here. It's always very cute in there but I'd recommend going somewhere else where you can't trul get what you want and customize it however you want. read more

I haven't had the best luck finding great bubble tea in Columbus, but this place has been the best I've tried so far. The aesthetics are nice. It has cute decorations, very colorful and the menus are nice to look at. They have a ton of options and variety of drinks you can order, which is really nice. My friends and I ordered roasted oolong, Oreo Creme brûlée and passion fruit with boba. I love that you can choose a variety of toppings and modify your sweetness level. The drinks overall were good but not great. The boba also tasted kind of old, since their texture felt off and they weren't as soft as I prefer. They were a bit chewy with a hard center. The price seems standard compared to other places in the area, though I still feel it's overpriced for the quality. The best perk is the parking is free! If you're craving bubble tea I recommend checking this place out. read more

I have to be honest but this is not my favorite boba place but I appreciated the theme. Some people are vivi fans so I encourage people to try something new! I've been a regular at this spot since I first stopped in! I love their peach oolong cold brew and mango boba. I think their tea is considerably less sweet than I've had at comparable places and it's much more enjoyable to me. The staff is always friendly and for the most part it's always clean. A little bit more waiting space would be great, but overall this is a solid experience. read more

Big selection, tiny but comfy place. Baby K had never had bubble tea, and it's not my thing but we scoped this place out. Gets good reviews. We got her a strawberry tea with strawberry boba. Sadly, while she liked the boba she was not a fan of the tea. She liked my mulberry one a little better, but in general was not a fan. However, they have tons of other options, including Oreo drinks, so maybe next time we will try those. Brightly decorated; a few seating options, including a loveseat. Friendly staff. Decent prices. Maybe not a kid's bubble tea place, but a good one nonetheless. read more

I haven't had Vivi Bubble Tea in a while. The space is cute, and they offer a variety of topping options for the drinks. I personally liked their fruit tea more, and I usually take 30% sugar & less ice for my drinks. read more

So if you drink a little too much Vivi As in, if you drink as much as Me-me You'll say within a minute "Where's the bathroom", then be in it As you desperately expel your pee-pee. This Vivi has really nice employees, although they were unable to make anything differently to the way it's supposed to be on the menu which was a little bit of a shame. However there special fruity is really delicious and it tasted every bit as good as it did in New York. So well done to them for recommending it to me and for whipping it up as good as New York does. Love this place! me and my brother are regulars, and I feel like ViVi's is different from other nearby places like Little Moon or Kung Fu Tea, because it's really just a drink with tapioca/popping boba in it, right? well, I think ViVi's makes it better because there's things like crème brûlée options where they set it on fire, and the Oreo one has little Oreo bits to eat that I personally think taste good and adds a little more to it. the service is great and straightforward, not wasting your time nor making your day worse! and the inside is beautiful, the ambiance is something to take in every time. it's pink all over and there's lots of stuff on the walls like boba posters, cardboard cutouts, and a photo collage! they have a public bathroom and also when you get your drink there are little faces on them and they're so cute! it's like a little animated skull. read more

Vivi's is one of my favorite boba spots. I recommend their milk based teas and floats. They have a wide variety of flavors and toppings that you can choose from. Compared to KFT and Chatime, I like their milk teas here more than the fruit flavored ones. This is a good spot for small groups, kids, and to take a break. There is WiFi available and a few board games. Their prices ranged from $4.00-$5.50 depending on what toppings you get. You can also customize your ice and sugar levels. There is a parking lot available and plenty of spaces. Drink up! read more

I frequently order the bubble milk tea (which has pearls) or the vivi milk tea which is without pearls, pleased that they get my ratio right--70 percent sweet and regular ice. The key to good boba is having ratios down to a tee--and only a boba lover would know (something to keep in mind when trying out a new boba spot) Overall pleased with my experience. I always do a mobile order via grubhub or doordash to skip long wait times on a busy day. read more

continuing on my brown sugar hunt, this has to be the best place in columbus that offers the most legit and real brown sugar milk that does not skip on adding the syrup, aka the most important part of the brown sugar boba. and the torched sugar on top? iconic. a big highlight is the stamp cards, so if you're an addict like me, then coming back for the brown sugar boba is killing two birds with one stone. a drawback is that the tapioca itself are just regular tapioca, and they do not offer brown sugar tapioca which is like a little extra, but it would enhance the flavor of the brown sugar boba. i think the price is like okkk, its like 5.25/6.25 big tip: if you get the brown sugar boba, ask for the lid like the sealed lid so you can shake it up because they come default as cup lids and its like so hard to mix the brown sugar with the milk. I personally like the brown sugar with just regular milk cus with just my experience with brown sugar, getting milk tea just de-enhances the main flavor, the brown sugar. (fyi i did not try the option with milk tea at vivis) i think JUST milk compliments the brown sugar perfectly but thats just my opinion uwu read more

I love the teas here! They have a bunch of different drinks to try, with a nice range of add-ins for them! I love the classic Boba milk tea, and I always get extra Boba because theirs is soft and chewy. Today I tried a fruit tea and was excited to find that I love it just as much as I love the milk tea! They also have slushes, floats, and many other things to try. I'll definitely be posting more pictures as I try more things here! The drinks here are so terrible I can't even describe what I am tasting, and feeling. I don't know if anyone who enjoys this place has actually had authentic boba tea, because this place is absolutely atrocious. Their boba tea consists of no tea, rotten milk, dawn dish soap, and rock hard boba. The Jasmine milk tea I got, had not even an ounce of tea! There is no flavor, whatsoever-in any of their drinks! Also, if I may add that when walking in to this place it smelled like a sewer, and I immediately felt sick. This place is super foul smelling (I mean it really suits the flavor of the drinks. . .) All in all, not ever planning on coming back here. All the reviews are from months or years ago, but are currently not up to par. read more

This is probably my favorite bubble tea place in Columbus. It's also around the corner from where I live so it's always so tempting to go to. There's seating inside and they have some board games if you want to hang here with friends. One of my face boba tea place here in Columbus. Just love that I can taste the tea and the price is a tad but cheaper than the other boba tea places. The place is right next to OSU on high Street. The decoration is super cute here. Love the pink and white walls and the skulls decors. The decor is like retro emo (if that is a thing). I always get the 3-Q. It comes with pudding, herb jelly, and topioca (boba). The service is pretty quick depending on the time of the day. I went around noon today and there was only one person working but no line so I got my drink pretty quick. I had also tried the mango smoothie and that was delicious. I like that you can change the sugar level and ice level to your taste. I need to try the matcha boba one day but keep on forgetting to order it because I love the 3Q so much. I would recommend everyone to try this place. read more

The flavor is amazing!! I have tried the Passion Fruit QQ and the Fruit Tea which comes with chopped fruit. I preferred Passion Fruit QQ 50% sweet less ice since the boba went really well with the drink. I ordered the Fruit Tea at 30% sweetness with less ice. However, it came with an underwhelming amount of toppings and didn't feel satisfying for the price. Also, it didn't taste like 30% sweetness. It was too sweet I couldn't finish it. read more

Ok YUM! Vivi is now my favorite bubble tea in Columbus, because they consistently have great customize-able tea and good tapioca bubbles! And I think the prices are reasonable. We don't have too many choices for bubble tea in this area, but this is a good place to try! The prices are reasonable and they have a loyalty card - buy 5 drinks and your 6th is free. However, the last time we went my sister tried to start a new loyalty card, and the girl working literally just said "no". She accepted that answer but I was curious why? And she said that they only issue cards in the beginning of the month? I'm not sure if this is true or not or what days they will issue them. Kind of weird, I've never heard of that before anywhere. I have also seen some coupons in the saver or some local coupon magazine so look out for those! I have tried the regular black milk tea, green milk tea, tiramisu, and taro milk tea, and they are all excellent! I like my teas to be 70% sweetness with no ice. That way the tea is not watered down, and not overly sweet. I appreciate the ability to customize your sugar/ice levels. I would recommend the regular milk tea with bubbles if you are trying bubble tea (also called boba) for the first time! read more

Vivi Bubble Tea - Medium Black milk bubble tea $3.50 - Bubble Tea Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

I got the lychee green tea with bubbles. They only do online or call in orders, so you can't go into the store. If you get a unpopular order like mine you have to call and give them your credit card number. FYI. Precautions were nice- you just pick up your order from the table that is labeled with whatever you chose to order from grub hub or over the phone. The only complaint were my bubbles were low quality they are very sticky and the tapioca ball itself felt like it was falling apart in the liquid. read more

I was very excited to see a Vivi Bubble Tea shop in Columbus after visiting the shop before in Chicago and NYC. This is high quality and authentic bubble tea. Compared to other Bubble Tea shops in the Columbus metropolitan, Kung Fu Tea is decent but is slightly Americanized and sweeter than authentic bubble tea that you would find in Taiwan, and Bubbles is possibly the worst bubble tea on the planet. What you find in Vivi is the real thing with strong tea flavor in their bubble teas, which is what you want to look for in a bubble tea. The shop is also very cute with adorable skull decals decorated all over the store and on the packaging of each cup. Vivi is not only the best bubble tea shop in Columbus, but among the best you will find in the United States and comparable to what you get in China/Taiwan. read more

3Q Milk Tea looked good from the picture on their menu, figured give it a try. The lady was having trouble giving me a description of the drink - does it come with a fruit flavor, is the pudding the consistency of chocolate pudding, does the pudding have a distinct flavor, no idea if the milk tea is flavored? It said menu to pick if I wanted this drink with green tea or black tea (I think it was); does it make a difference using plain old green tea as opposed to the other? I asked for 3 extra scoops of pearls, as I love tapioca, but I'm not sure if this was done, as I had no other drink to look at, hold in my hand, and compare. I was the only customer, but that's probably chalked up to them just opening for the day, and also it's holiday break for OSU students. I wasn't thinking, and forgot to scoot down the counter to see how they make their drinks. "Bubble Tea" is a Taiwan thing, being very popular in SE Asian countries. Here, you can specify the ice level and sugar level. No ice for me. A sugar level of 70%. Tasted like regular tea, stronger than what I know of "green tea". Not sure how I feel about the "pudding", as it was a Jell-o, but a bit on the limp side. I'll leave that out next time around. The texture and consistency of the tapioca pearls was good, could use more distinction in taste/flavor. Nobody likes eating plain tasteless balls. The liquid was, how to describe... not horrible. The strong black tea after taste was somewhat of a put-off. The drink didn't have a fruity component, so now I know to inquire about that. I wouldn't get this drink combination again. But, now I have something to gauge my likings against. The space is average size. There's a few four-top tables and more two-tops down the long wall. I like their bold pink and white colors, with the yellow and lime green accenting. Everything was clean and organized. Plenty of parking in the lot, so I'm sure I'll come back sooner or later. read more
