Truly a chai dhabba/Pakistani chai spot vibe with cute Pakistan decor and a long list of chai types available. We tried doodh Patti, Karak, and Matka chai and enjoyed playing Carom board while we waited. The chai is legit, non mind-blowing (Karak could definitely be stronger/less milky), but chai is definitely a strong personal preference. Overall the atmosphere and menu options are fantastic. Also, please get some powder for your Carom board!

Disclaimer: this is not the place for me specifically, but others may well enjoy it! You should still go try it out. The lemon cake was lovely, in a Starbucks lemon loaf way but less tooth-achingly sweet. The chai latte was... not lovely, but too floral and not sweet enough. The rose petal decoration looks cute... until it sinks to the bottom of the cup and you get a mouthful of CHUNKS at the end of your sip. Service was super friendly, but rather slow for what I ordered. I think the place is still new and staff may need more training, but I waited a good 10 minutes for a tea latte and some pre-sliced cake, with three people working. Overall, not my vibe, but I can see people feeling different about it for various reasons.

If a restaurant could be a hug, that is what Cha Sha is!! Cha Sha is warm and cozy, yet bright and lively! We ate here on a a rainy Columbus evening; the various chai options warmed both our bellies and our souls. My partner opted for the masala chai--always a classic! And I chose to try something new (to me): the Kashmiri chai. I was rewarded with a warm, nutty, and delicately floral milk tea with a BEAUTIFUL pink color. For dinner we shared the samosas chaat (very healthy portion!!!) and the chicken boti roll. I don't know what else to explain for this other than you need it, go get it now. Chat had plenty of crispy samosa, sweet tamarind and mint chutney, mango, and chickpeas. The Boti roll has great spiced chicken on a buttery flaky paratha. For dessert we got the Chikoo milkshake-lightly sweet but so delicious and creamy; the Gulab jamun sundae (I will always alway get this when we come); and the Ras malai (a great portion for the price!). Staff are so friendly! They check in on you frequently and are always keeping the tables clean, and you can really tell they care. This is our new fav spot!

Cute little coffee shop! They have cute decorations all around and they tie the place together perfectly. I loved that they had a chai flight so I was able to try three types of tea. I also tried the pani poori which I've never had anything like it before. It was a thin dough, served cold, with a sauce. There were so many flavors but it all came together perfectly, with a little kick. The only reason this restaurant wasn't a 5/5 for me was the timing. We got the dish first, ate it all up, and we were still waiting for the drinks to come. After a while, my husband got his drink and finished it, and I still hadn't gotten my flight. A few minutes later, I finally got my flight. The chai was served hot and in glass cups without handles which made it difficult to drink until the glass cooled down a bit.

Cha Sha is an interesting South Asian coffee/tea shop concept that while it has good intentions, it fails to deliver overall. The ambiance is nice and relaxing with Bollywood posters, South Asian décor and wall art, and a couple of games set up. The menu items look appealing, although the food on display looked stale. Our group ordered the Gul Bahar waffle and a large kettle of tea. Our order took over 30 minutes to arrive, even though the place was not busy at all. The waffle was a large shareable portion, and the sweet Gulab jamun and ice cream combined with the waffles made for a delicious dessert. The tea was ok - not very strong and lacked overall flavor. I will be back here to try out some of their other drink items, and hope that they will have worked out the kinks in service and make some efficiency gains by then.

This is the CUTEST hidden gem! On Bethel Rd ( along with a bazillion amazing restaurants on this street!) it is a beautiful, calming space - amazing coffee, tea, pastries along with many lunch items as well as juices, shakes, sodas! They also cater! I got the Elaichi Latte... so good!!

I've actually been eying this place for a while. I spotted it once they put the sign up, though it looked like it was still under construction. Once I started seeing posts on IG, I had to make my way over here! My friend and I came on a weekday evening. A lot of families and groups of friends here. It's a nice chill vibe. We ordered a few things to share: falooda, gulab jamun sundae, watermelon juice, chai (not sure which kind), pani puri, and a chicken club sandwich. There were a lot of things on the menu to try! And we loved everything!!Prices were reasonable too. Lots of really great decor here and the staff are friendly. Food came out pretty fast. My friend and I sat here for a while. It's just a fun place to hang out. Can't wait to return!

A cozy chai spot on Bethel Road, where I visited with my family for afternoon tea and snacks. We ordered matka chai, chikoo shake, lime soda, kulcha, bun ka baap, paneer quesadilla, and gulbahar waffle. The chai came in a charming matka, but the flavor was underwhelming, with the tea leaves overpowering the taste. The chikoo shake was delicious, but the lime soda lacked flavor. The kulcha was decent but tasted like it had been frozen. The bun ka baap was spicy, and to my surprise, came with an egg, which we were told was just brushed on the bun. The paneer quesadilla was okay, but could've used more flavor. The waffle, though a fun concept, was quite heavy--best to share. Overall, the café's concept is unique, but I wish they offered better food options, especially for vegetarians.

Cha Sha & Coffee is located off of Bethel Road in a shopping center. The restaurant offers freshly made chai, small plates, and desserts. I had the amazing chai flight and delicious vegetable samosas. The chai and samosas were beautifully presented and prepared. The restaurant is cozy, but there is ample seating. One of the nice things is that Cha Sha & Coffee is open until 10 pm. If you are looking for delicious chai and wonderful service, visit here and enjoy!

    Fresh Sugarcane juice
    Navya V.

Cute little desi cafe that has a variety of desi flavors of chai and cofee as well as some food and dessert. The samosa chaat was tasty with an actual kick of spice. The pani puri tasted refreshing. The sugarcane juice was a personal favorite as it was light and refreshing, would recommend! The ambiance is cute and the place definitely gets busy quickly. It was pretty full even on a Tuesday evening! Given that it was busy, it did take time for the food to come out, which may also speak to the freshness of it.

    Kashmiri chai latte

What a find! Hubs found it because they have fresh fruit juices on the menu (watermelon, specifically), plus the food menu sounded amazing so off we went for a good adventure! First impression: adorable. Decorated nicely, clean, inviting, welcoming. Though there were quite a few patrons, conversations were quiet and there were tables open, so we opted to dine in. They didn't have watermelon juice that day, so we tried the sweet lime juice which really tasted like a sweet, light orange juice. Super refreshing! I ordered a frozen Kashmiri chai latte. More on that in a minute... Food: pani poori - amazing little crunchy, paper thin bites with a mild filling. Served cold with a side of tamarind sauce (which is good enough to bottle - soooo good). Lahori samosa chaat - bowl of absolute delish. I could t tell you what was in it aside from a samosa and chickpeas but it was SO good! Now back to my latte... We ordered everything at the same time and it was brought out mostly together give or take a couple mins except for my latte. I was convinced they had forgotten it. We ate our entire meal, slowly, while waiting for my latte. We were about to leave and reorder it in a to-go cup when they brought it out. It took FOREVER. My only guess is the chai is steeped fresh each cup and takes time to cool down to make it a cold drink? No idea, but it tastes amazing. Just know that this is t going to be a quick grab-a-drink sort of place.

This place has such a warm and inviting ambiance. The dessert was so beautifully prepared and tasted delicious. The service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend to try this place if you want to try something different.

    Kashmiri Chai Latte
    Adri C.

Such a cute little cafe! The chicken egg sandwich was not for me (too much raw onion and chutney for my taste) but take that with a grain of salt, as I haven't had much food similar to this and didn't read the full description before ordering (oops). The ambience was great and the drinks were delicious! They had music videos playing on a TV, in classic Asian fashion, and charming bits of handmade decor, like floral coasters. It wasn't *quiet*, but a comfortable volume for casual conversation or studying. The Kashmiri Chai Latte was sooo good and I was kind of jealous that I didn't order it. Look at that gradient!! So pretty. The masala chai was also delicious. The cashier/server poured it in the glass for me and left the rest of the pot at the table. Both drinks were rich and just a perfect amount of subtle sweetness. From what I understand, none of the drinks use dairy milk. I actually forgot til I looked at the menu on the way out, because it tasted and felt like they were made with dairy milk. I'm definitely excited to come back and try other chai!

I hadn't been in the area for a while so I went to Yelp to see if there were any newer options for me to check out. That's when I found Bitty & Beau's and headed straight over. When I arrived I learned that this spot is a coffee shop, self described as a shop, "where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are valued in the workplace." Their website shares that they employ over 450 individuals with disabilities nationwide. That is when I realized that Bitty & Beau's was actually a chain establishment with 10+ locations spanning from the Midwest and East Coast down to Florida and even Texas. I'm not big on chains, but this is one I can get behind. Very cool. A few things to note... It's located in a shopping complex, which means there's plenty of parking and other businesses like restaurants, a grocery store, etc. The interior is really dark and moody. That's not usually the atmosphere I look for when I'm going to work, meet someone, or hang out for a while. That said, I was able to find a table to prop up for a while. I had trouble with the wifi while I was there and didn't end up staying as long as I had planned because I really needed it. The staff was great! Super friendly, answered questions about their seasonal offerings, and all of that. We even got serenaded by a worker (All Star by Smash Mouth) and I couldn't help but join it. I'll also add that my seasonal lavender latte with oatmilk was $10 which baffled me. However, I did think it was cute that instead of a number to listen for when your order is ready, they would give you a playing card. Mine was the 10 of diamonds and it was ready rather swiftly.
