MATCHA DRINKS -- The price is fair as Matcha will be expensive at most places. I ordered the Einspanner Matcha Latte ($7.50) which has vanilla cream top, matcha, and milk. By the way, Einspanner is a German word that means vanilla or vanilla cream. I choose oat milk in my drink which is an extra 0.75 cents. So, I paid a little over $8 with tax for my drink. Tipping is optional. The Einspanner Matcha Latte is great - it isn't too sweet at all. I was worried that the drink would be too sweet but it was perfect especially with ice on a warm day. MATCHA TYPES -- There are various types of Matcha to choose from. They offer traditional Matcha with just water ($5.50), a classic Strawberry Matcha Latte ($7.50), a Lavender Matcha Latte ($7.50), regular Matcha latte ($7.00) which is Matcha with milk, Matcha Lemonade ($6.75), etc. The quality of their ceremonial grade matcha is good and it is sourced straight from Japan. They have 2 different cup sizes that you can choose from and both are the same price. I choose the bigger cup which is 8oz, I think. COFFEE -- Besides Matcha, they also offer a few coffee drinks for purchase such as a salted honey latte, a cinnamon maple latte, etc SERVICE -- Customer service was quick and efficient. There were 3 ladies working behind the counter and they worked fast. AMBIANCE -- Simple layout yet cute. The cafe itself is very small so it is more of a grab and go cafe. There are only 2 tables with 2 chairs on each table inside. That didn't bother me because I wasn't planning to sit in as I took my drink to go with my friend. It was a beautiful day so we took a walk outside towards OSU's campus with our drinks in hand. They sell some merchandise with a 'Matcha Me' logo on them (sweaters and hats). I narrowed it down to three options and asked again for a nudge, he told me his opinion was subjective and I should just pick. So I picked something I wasn't sure about, landed on it mostly because it had passion fruit, and ended up not enjoying it. Here's the part that stuck with me: the two customers right after me got a completely different experience. Same guy, suddenly full of enthusiasm, proactively telling one of them he highly recommended a specific drink. I'm not sure what changed between my turn and theirs. But I noticed.
