Waffle Nachos
Lee Ann P.

My friend and I had been dying to try this place - coffee and ice cream, two of my favorite things. Unfortunately it didn't quite live up to my expectations. I decided to try the waffle nachos, and I added Nutella, cookie dough, and Oreos. They were very generous with the waffle cone chips and the cookie dough, but seeing you pay $1 for each topping, I was a little disappointed in the Nutella and Oreos received. I also grabbed an oatmeal cream pie to eat later and it was delicious! My friend got a regular sundae and we were also disappointed that at 8:10 (they close at 9pm) she wasn't able to get chocolate syrup because the girls working had already cleaned the machine for the night... considering all the ice cream spots, while this was fine I wouldn't go back.

The mallway is such a pretty area and it is a perfect location for a coffee shop, right across from the park. Recently opened and the word is out. It was busy on a Monday. Tiny inside (4 seats), but really charming and colorful interior. They have a small selection of coffee drinks and I loved my vanilla latte. They had a few baked sweet treats as well. I cannot comment on the ice cream selection, because I was so focused on the coffee that I forgot all about it. I think it is soft serve (?)

Such delicious soft serve!!! I've been meaning to come here for coffee but tonight we were in the mood for ice cream, and I'm so glad I remembered this spot opened. The soft serve is seriously the best I've ever had- and I love soft serve. So many toppings, I went with the cookie dough which was fresh instead of the dried hard bits normally at ice cream shops. The rotating soft serve flavor was pistacho which was also delish. The girls working were super friendly, and there is seating outside. Will absolutely be in the dessert rotation going forward!

Great little shop on the mallway in UA. Just came for a black coffee but lots of other drink options, and they have a punch card which is a nice incentive for returning. They also have ice cream that I've heard great things about and some other baked goods. Drink special was a chocolate strawberry that sounded awesome, and I want to try the honey cream too. Service was welcoming and friendly, definitely will be back.

I tell everyone to go here and get the pistachio latte. It is one of the best lattes I've ever had, so so good!

Unfortunately, I ordered online or else I would have absolutely bought half of what was in the display case. It all looks amaaaazing! The place was certainly cozy inside with some seating in front and along the side walls and the cashier there was quite pleasant. The chicken shawarma itself was pretty good. Good flavor, though a little bit messy after the first few bites when the juices start leaking out all over the place. It certainly leaved a lot to be desired just tossed into a styrofoam box without being in a wrap or something like shawarma oftentimes comes in. The spicy sauce on the side was also quite good but kind of overpowered the shawarma itself. It also came with a side of Lay's salt and vinegar chips. Really not a fan of said chips and seems like an opportunity to maybe do something more in line with the cuisine to me. Overall, the food was solid but not necessarily mind-blowing from an appearance or functionality perspective. I'd definitely love to come back to get some of those desserts some other time though!

It was so sweet of them as it was an extremely cold day out and I appreciated the extra heat. They also have a few food options of crepes, waffles, and wraps. I ordered a chicken shwarma wrap. The wrap tasted fantastic! The only thing I would have wished that they didn't cut the wrap up into smaller bites. It made it messy to eat where I would have rather just held the wrap. I also ordered a slice of the lotus cheesecake but they gave me the lotus cake. Even though it wasn't what I ordered, the cake had great flavor. The gentlemen working were very friendly. They have seating inside and there were a couple of patrons working on computers and chatting with friends. I ordered my food to go. This is a great little spot.

[Out-of-Towner Review]…read more You'd be surprised how hard it can be to find cool, local coffee shops while traveling for business (a lot)--thankfully Yelp & Eater exist. WOM is priceless though. Maps took me across the street, but it was easy to remedy. It is a very nondescript storefront, near offices/businesses. Bonus is that it has tons of parking in the back. I think I may have come access this spot on TT, because I remember one that showed a coffee spot inside of a music venue (and restaurant apparently), which is Natalie's Grandview. They also have a cocktail bar, like it Like That' too! They literally have everything in here! They DO NOT sell soy milk I opted for an iced oat milk latte and snagged an Ube Pandesal, which had cheese filling. I absolutely adore the cups here, the latte was great too. I always have to remind myself what pandesal is as I eat it. I did enjoy it though. The staff was definitely not the warmest at all, but they were working hard. I loved the packaging of their beans for sale and the overall eclectic vibe and decor. I can see why it stays busy. And I'm smitten with their motto, "Serious coffee for unserious people." I stay looking for coffee shops with soy milk!

Even the sweeter drinks are never overly sweet. They somehow get the balance just right. I almost always get one of their signature lattes, and the quality is consistently excellent. Whenever I have a friend visiting from out of town, I bring them here, and they always love it too. The atmosphere is another reason I keep coming back. The inside is cozy, comfortable, and unique, there's outdoor seating for beautiful days, and when it's busy, you can also sit inside Natalie's next door. It's basically three different environments to enjoy while still getting the same great coffee. The coffee itself is high quality, you can buy bags of their beans on site, and the entire experience feels like there's real thought behind it. It's hard to beat this place.

I had the pleasure of stumbling across Cambridge Tea House during a recent outing in Grandview…read more They were thankfully able to seat us without a reservation(which are recommended). The host and servers were absolutely phenomenal. I tried the Cranberry Autumn Tea and my date had the Bartlett Pear, both were outstanding. We both enjoyed the scones, the desserts with the afternoon tea were also good, if perhaps a bit on the smaller side. Overall a great experience and we look forward to visiting again soon!

It really pains…read moreme to take 2 stars off my normal 5 star experience but hopefully they will read the review (and the feedback I provided to the manager) and use it to return to their 5 star experience. On my most recent visit this month there was a noticeable shift in food quality and service. Our server was new to the team so I give him grace as he ramps up his learning curve. Other issues came from the kitchen. I learned that the tea house is under new management so hopefully they can get up to speed. Issues included: 1)about 45 mins to get our tea. Scones arrived and were eaten before the first drop of tea arrived at our table. Despite being ordered at same time. 2)the orange chicken salad is now shredded instead of ground. It was the unique ground up texture that I loved. I really don't even like chicken salad lol but the old recipe was much better than the new. 3)the carrot salad was basically just carrots with a dollop of dressing in bottom of the cup. The carrots had no dressing on them at all. 4) sausage quiche went half eaten by those who ordered at our table. These may seem like small things but when coupled with multiple requests for water, tea, and waving down the waiter for service it made for a very frustrating visit at what was previously my favorite little restaurant in Columbus. Fortunately the atmosphere is still lovely and the scones, cream and jam were on point.
