I discovered this spot while doomscrolling on Instagram and suggested to a coworker that we pay them a visit during an upcoming coworking day. It was an easy sell and we made our way there on a rainy Friday afternoon. The moment I walked through the door the vibrant shades of blue and pink brightened my mood and I knew we made the right choice. Their menu is really fun... literally it says, "Super Fun Coffee" on it. I'm a sucker for a good seasonal creation so I went with the "Buy Myself Flowers" with oat milk. It has an elderflower, lavender, jasmine syrup in it along with lemon and orange blossom. The floral notes certainly shined through. Not subtle either, but not too in your face. I also ordered a baklava pastry sticky bun kind of thing and oh wow, it was amazing. Honey and pistachio goodness out the wazoo. The coffee and pastry together were seriously magical. A few extra things to note... parking is available in the very back of the building. While the space is on the smaller side, they do open up Natalie's space for extra seating. They close at 2pm only to later open back up as a bar. I did have issues with the wifi while I was there and ended up needing to use my hotspot. Not a deal breaker but good to know if you're planning on bringing your laptop. Lastly, the staff were super sweet, gave recommendations, and brought your coffee to your table, which is always a lovely touch. I'll be back!

We came on a Saturday and it was pretty busy but the line moved quickly enough and they had extra seating in Natalie's (not as cute as in royal flamingo lol but I appreciate that there was plenty of seating!). I ordered the seasonal Buy Myself Flowers latte and a mushroom and leek pastry. The latte was delicious, and the syrup was the perfect amount of floral and sweet. The flowers on top were also super cute! The pastry was also delicious and I believe they are all sourced from Three Bites Bakery! It is a little pricey, but super fun for a weekend splurge.

You can get the coffee both ground and whole bean, your preference. If you find them at a market, they also bring some hot and cold drinks. I got a cold brew coffee/cold chai tea latte blend today, and it was delicious! It was one of those drinks that went down really easily and was a lovely blend of cold coffee and cinnamon spices. I've been to a Boston Stoker before, but the one near where I live closed down a few years ago and I haven't even heard the name in a hot second. That being said, I made my way there and was pleased to notice that Boston Stoker took over another previously closed down coffee shop. It looks fairly the same but it's been updated a bit. There's free parking right outside and free wifi. Inside you'll find two lounge areas as well as some tables. This spot is definitely one I would come to and work out of. They have a rather basic coffee menu (I didn't see a seasonal menu anywhere) and a small case of pastries. The pricing was good, maybe even a little cheaper than the other more bougie options in town. I got an iced flavored latte with oat milk and it was strong... but that's exactly what I needed. Now that I know it's here, I'm sure I'll be back, especially when I'm in the area. There's a few other local coffee shops nearby but this one is a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle on Grandview Ave.

Lots of seating both indoor and outdoor at tables, where you will usually see people taking, studying, or working. If you're not looking for a big corporate coffee experience, Stauf's (while still a smaller local "chain" with multiple locations) is the place to go in the 212.
