Bambu is our very own Vietnamese Che shop. They serve some authentic Che which have black bean, coconut milk, taro, jelly etc They have so many varieties for you to try. I love their Taro Halo Halo it's soo good. I do enjoy their Taro lover as well.everything I have tried from here has been great. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking by asking the server . They do have macaroons and waffles to try as well Service is quick and reliable. Ambiance is simple cafe decor.

Went there for the first time with 2 of my friends late night, right before closing. We really wanted to try a couple of their drinks because we heard they're similar to a dessert drink in our country, Indonesia. The girl at the counter was really nice and accommodating. She was patience with us and we get to try what we wanted. More ppl came in after us. The place is really cute. They have a wall decorated just for you to take picture and also they have pictures along their walls of some of the drinks also explaining what they are.

I really appreciated the variety of Asian desserts offered here and how good they were! Though I'm grateful for all boba spots in C-Bus it was nice to see different options as well! Bambu specializes in Asian desserts including Chè, a Vietnamese drink consisting of coconut milk, jellies, beans, and fruit, and Halo halo, a Filipino dessert drink, which includes jellies, red bean, shaved ice, coconut milk, and fruits. The ube halo halo was really refreshing and delicious with a good mix of jellies, sweet red bean, and jack fruit. It was definitely on the sweeter side and the portion was massive. They also have a variety of other Asian desserts like mochi ice cream, mochi waffles, and yonami (Vietnamese style yogurt)! There are so many options to choose from and it doesn't seem like you can go wrong with any of these. There was plenty of indoor seating and the chairs were comfy. There weren't many outlets though so it's more of a hangout spot than a study spot. Workers were friendly and efficient. Will be back to try more items!

We finally got Bambi around here! When I came on a Sunday evening, it was mostly Vietnamese families in front of me. They had a lot they wanted to order but the staff was doing the best they can. I was waiting a while and they even offered me water! So nice! It got busier though. Lots of other groups came in. Love that they're getting good business already! I got the jasmine milk tea. Loved it! They had coffee flavored options which I will come back for. It's a bubble tea place just like The Brewed Leaf which is a couple doors down but it's not competition in my opinion. They offer completely different stuff on the menu, including their own version of halo halo and their specialty, Che.

Large clean, cute cafe with sooo many different che options. Our favorites were the Halo halo and the pandan waffle. Wish they had che bap! Will come back to try more. I hope this place stays open bc I often crave che! Just wish it was closer to home

If you are up to try out some new dessert, Bambu will be a great option. Their menu is extensive with variety of dessert drinks, robust coffees, smoothies, mochi waffles and much more. They are also known for their Che, Vietnamese traditional homemade beverages, dessert drinks, and puddings. I was going to try the Che, but my mind changed as soon as I spotted the durian smoothie. If you haven't have durian before, it is a fruit with the spiky shell. The flesh is milky yellow and texture like a creamy custard. However, it does have a distinct fragrance of its kind. If you like it, you will instantly fall in love. If you dislike it, you may not even want to get close to one. The durian smoothie at Bambu probability one of the best one that I have for awhile. It packed with the rich and intense durian flavor. It is like having a real durian. If you are not ready to try durian, there are many other flavor that you can choose from. I also got their bubble waffle and it is legit. It got the crisp crust and super soft and chewy inside. I would have to come back to try the Che next time.

I am a sucker for Halo Halo and couldn't resist trying the ube one. Absolutely delicious! The scoop of ice cream could be bigger for the $10 price but otherwise would get again. Plenty of other drink options as well.

Sooo excited for this new Vietnamese cafe! I feel like every AANHPI I know is hyped and I've heard positive reviews! It was my first time having halo halo (ik, im a loser sniffle) and I really liked it! My favorite components were the top layers, like the ube ice cream and the coconut milk. I didn't love allll of the ingredients though. For example, the red bean beans were bigger beans that I've been used to (Mr. Bean). Additionally, the mango chunks tasted out of season but then again...mangoes are out of season right now so...XD I wasn't the biggest fan of the BAMBU special but that was my own fault. I didn't read closely and didn't notice that it had longan, which is not my preferred fruit (oops). I mostly picked it because I asked the server what their popular specialty drinks were and they basically listed all of them hahaha. It was kind of cute and funny but it didn't help me narrow down my options lol so I just ordered the first drink without looking. I don't necessarily think the drinks were four star worthy, but I recognize BAMBU is just starting out and I'm very excited for what this cafe has in store! The location is very spacious and the decor so far is very cute - I'd love to see more!

So glad to see more Asian dessert places in the area! This spot is my go-to whenever I'm craving some chè and iced coffee. The ingredients are always fresh and taste great.

I love that this place opened and we finally have a spot for Chè in Columbus! It's a cute spacious cafe off of Bethel road, where a lot of the other Asian restaurants are. Convenient to stop by and grab dessert post dinner, which is exactly what I did with a close friend. Service was fast paced and efficient. We got our desserts fairly quickly because they weren't busy! Drinks and desserts were so good and definitely hit the spot! They have a lot of unique flavors and combinations that you don't see a lot of in Columbus. It's all delicious, so definitely worth trying any of them and I don't think you'll be disappointed. It's heavily fruit based, so you gotta love that if you try Chè haha. Ohhh, and they also have durian flavored drinks! So if you're a durian fan like my friend and I, then you'll love this place!

Cute new drink cafe! My kids got the regular black sugar milk tea (decaf) with popping strawberry boba and mango jelly and both were really happy with their choice! I got the avocado smash, I usually just stick with regular avocado smoothies but wanted to try something a little different. It was really thick, wasn't sure if I was supposed to crush the ice down into the drink? Will def go back and try their Che drinks! There are literally so many choices, I was a little overwhelmed but the guy working was very patient.

The waffle is the bomb!!!! My green tea wintermelon milk tea was tasteful as well. Will come back for the waffles for sure.

There were only a few spots available to sit so my husband went and found us a table while we ordered. I had a couple of bites of the cake and it was fantastic! Love that as you put your fork into the milk just oozed out. The rest I took home to enjoy later. The coffee was good. Very hot. I love that it stays hot the whole time you're there and not just for 5 minutes like most places. We bought a bag of beans to take home. Can't wait to use those. The place is absolutely beautiful and the restroom is something to see. Plenty of photo ops. Take some time and stop in to enjoy this place. We'll definitely be back when in the area again.

Some popular items didn't totally hit the mark for us: the Joya's Fried Rice--a huge hit with our friends--was just okay, and the chicken pieces felt pretty average. The double crunch tacos were good, but nothing to write home about. On the other hand, the Joya's Breakfast Sandwich was a solid choice for me, and my daughter absolutely loved it. The real standouts, though, are incredible. The Kati Roll is fantastic, packed with unique flavors and made even better with a dash of their house hot sauce. But the real surprise was the Party Melt smashburger--it was literally one of the best burgers I've ever had.

The pros: -food came out fast -interesting & fun flavors -you have to order first to be able to get a table outside - great vibes & atmosphere -the patio sitting -really like the long counter sitting option -beautiful bathroom w/ thoughtful accommodations -the guy at the counter w/ lip piercings was friendly & had recommendations, but some of the other staff came off as less friendly & overall they're all young. The cons: -it's a bit expensive for what it is -the cocktail was lacking all the flavors it mentioned (& a bit on the weak side) -they don't have their real menu up online to see what they offer (almost half the menu is missing) -not a patio that you can enjoy taking a while on (there is high demand for those tables & there are people that will stand outside waiting for you to get up which was uncomfortable). Overall, the pros outweigh the cons but probably won't ever waste $14 on a cocktail there again. I do look forward to trying more of the menu.
