All your sweet cravings satisfied! Don't be afraid to try something new. Everything we ordered were…read moredelish..we had the: 1. Mango Yonami - awesome mango sort of smoothie loaded with toppings and mango bits. 2. Ube halo-halo is just this explosion of multiple diff toppings. Two thumbs up. 3. Smash avocado - smoothie made w/ fresh avocado with bubbles and boba. Yum! 4. Brown sugar milk tea - oh the bobas were cooked to perfection! We also tried the pandan mochi waffle.. that was good too! Service was fast and friendly, place was bright and clean. Sweet happy tummy!

I RARELY give 5 star ratings. But everything about this place was just right!…read more The drinks/food: Let's start with the scent of doughy & crispiness in the air from the moment I walked in. Must have been from the waffles & although that's not something I'd normally consider ordering, one whiff & I was craving them sooo bad! Not to mention that the prospect of exciting versions of them (like Pandan or Ube) made me want to ruin my dinner plans. So after I gained some self control, I ordered what seems like the healthiest & lighest drink up there. It just happened to also have all the flavors of things I adore. The Bambu Special is coconut meat, pandan jelly, brown longan, basil seed (think similar to a chia seed) & coconut water. All this with a crushed ice ball on top. Wow!! So subtle yet flavorful at the same time. I can't wait to make my way down their entire menu . The service: Another wow! The woman behind the counter was so nice & helpful. I mentioned how I like that it's a Vietnamese drink shop & she mentioned that her sister (I think an owner) & herself were both from Cambodia...one of my favorite places I've traveled to. It all made sense as the kindest people in all my travels were in Cambodia. She gave me future recommendations & I promised to return! The atmosphere: Clean, bright, variety of styled of seats, couches, high tops, & greenery walls that have cute neon signs. Wish this place was closer because it definitely had a coffee shop vibe. As a boba addict, I think I might have to pick this place over all the amazing boba options in that area & that's saying a lot! Please go try these goodies for yourself & support our local business owners!

Looking for halo halo in Columbus, I found Bambu. It is close to me which is exciting…read more When you walk in the space it has a not pleasant smell. It was a bit off putting but I stuck around and ordered the halo halo. They have their speciality drinks with photos and descriptions along the wall. Those were helpful as their website was unreadable with what was in each dessert. The halo halo was delightful. It has a lot of flavor and some different things in it that have not been in other versions at other restaurants. It is a bit pricey but is larger than expected, which was nice and much more worth the money. I will go back and try some of the other desserts. They do have seating inside, but I got mine to go.

Pros: Good location (next to UPS Store) and easy parking…read moreFriendly staff lots of seating Many options - Che (dessert drinks), milk/fruit teas, smoothies, coffees Also a few desserts like macarons, ice cream mochi, and waffles Prices are reasonable Cons: The space, though light and airy, could use some elements like plants to make it more homey The desserts weren't prominently displayed, except for some in the small chest freezer that I didn't see them There are 2 other boba drink shops in the same shopping center, so they need to highlight their uniqueness (e.g. Che drinks) Pro tip: Take some time to look at the menu - there are so many options! I enjoyed the Bambu Favorite which gave me lots of different textures and flavors to consume - chewy, crunchy

We are so lucky to have a place like this in Columbus! It's…read morelocated in the Mecca of all good Asian food: Bethel Rd, in the same plaza as Meshikou (aka some of the best ramen in Columbus). It has a variety of Asian desserts, drinks & boba teas. I had the Herbal Jelly & Taro which was pretty good but don't feel the need to repeat any time soon. I just wish they still had the Mango Pomelo Sago Bowl. They have turned it into a sort of smoothie with the sago in a cup, but I want the whole dessert version they used to do with the fresh fruit chunks, sago, ice cream, etc (look at older pictures on here if you don't know what I'm talking about). Atmosphere is great w/ cozy sitting & different kinds of tables. The place isn't huge, so it might not accommodate a big group if they're busy. Bathrooms are nice & spacious and well kept. Service is good. You can order either at the counter or at one of the two electronic kiosks. One big complaint for me is that neither their menu or the kiosk have any details on what is inside foot desserts & some drinks. Even in online ordering it's a guessing game. Overall, this place is a gem & has authentic offerings you might not find at other parts of Columbus.

What was different about this spot was: you can adjust the amount of sugar in your drink! I loved that you can make it less sweet if you wanted to. Most bubble teas are just too sweet for me. The wait was less than 10 minutes and we sat on a bench with Squishmallows and took selfies. The place was cute and clean. It had quite a few people stop in on a Tuesday after 8:30 pm. Our Bubble teas were very good. and I will probably try the waffle desserts, next time.
