Just like little kids. My wife orders through the kiosk. Because she can and seems to enjoy it. I do not. In fact, I'm not sure there's a cashier option available, lol, wasn't even thinking about it. We've changed up ingredients to try and find the perfect combo. Hasn't happened yet. The Coffee and the Strawberry creame cheese cups are outstanding. I would also recommend one of the fruit teas, such as peach fruit tea. The Strawberry smoothie is always a great go to. You could always do like Mrs. E. and order one of the many snowice selections or add boba to a jasmine tea. One feature I feel is important is the sugar control. It's a smart idea to let folks control their sugar percentage. It's a wonderful place to just chill and (in our case) beat the heat. 10/24

The decor is beautiful, making it a perfect spot to post up on remote work days. I ordered the coffee flight (went with the classic selection) and a breakfast sandwich. The flight was $20 for four coffees, and you can get them hot or iced--I let them choose, and loved every one. The breakfast sandwich was $5--small, but tasty and satisfying. Customer service was A1. It's a hidden gem on Main Street (I actually passed it at first), but parking was surprisingly easy since it's in a row of businesses with plenty of spots. They also have a nice selection of boba drinks and sweet treats like crepes and ice cream. I brought my kids with me, and they went all in on the chocolate--definitely a sugar rush! It was too sweet for me, but they absolutely loved it. Took my iced coffee to go--it's a lot, so next time I'll plan to stay longer or share. I'll definitely be back.

From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly. While waiting for our drinks, we learned that the shop had opened just a week earlier! In addition to their selection of bubble teas and smoothies, they also had cute bubble tea-themed keychains and water bottles available for purchase. Here's what we ordered: Mango Fruit Tea with Coconut Jelly (0% Sugar) - My mom's pick! Light, fruity, and refreshing without any added sweetness. Strawberry Fruit Tea with Kiwi Popping Boba (25% Sugar) - My choice! A delicious combination of strawberry flavor and fun, juicy kiwi popping boba. The sweetness level was just right! We appreciated being able to customize the sweetness of our drinks. Both fruit teas were light, refreshing, and bursting with fruity flavors without being overly sweet. Overall, O Sweet Tea was such a delightful discovery during our walk through the Short North! Between the friendly service, refreshing drinks, and welcoming atmosphere, this newly opened bubble tea shop made a wonderful first impression. Definitely worth stopping by if you're exploring Columbus and craving a refreshing bubble tea!

Situated in a cue lil food court next to Dayou, Mr Tea thrives on me being too lazy to go somewhere else to get a sweet treat when I'm like knees deep in spicy noods. Very refreshing! However, my second encounter with a tea-forward drink was more disappointing. I decided to give the osmanthus latte a try but it tasted quite watered down, almost like they maybe use milk instead of a creamer? The osmanthus flavor was also not strong enough.
