Bubble tea Menu with many different choices
    Aishah X.

So glad to see this new Bubble tea restaurant in reynoldsburg. It has so many choices! The service was very friendly. The restaurant itself is a little hard to see but it's in the shopping plaza. The interior is pretty up to date and service was friendly and they explained many options. My drink was a lychee, watermelon, pineapple bubble tea with tapioca pearls and it was awesome!

The portions are pretty big and prices are fair. Prepare to wait if you come on a Saturday afternoon. Inside is well lit and decorated and there's plenty of seating for big and small parties! My biscuits and gravy were good. Hash was crispy and yummy! (Ask for salsa!!) The breakfast conewich was pretty big and yummy. Overall, good food and super friendly service. Take friends and family here for a meal!

After a fun night out, my friends and I were looking for a wonderful place to eat. Suggesting…read moreDelaney's was a no brainer due to the incredible reviews, and my wanting to try it. Charming decor and friendly staff. However, my experience was ruined due to an error on my take out order. I placed an order for three additional meals with an add on order of sausages. Easy, right? I initially thought so, so I wasn't concerned about my order being incorrect. I get home and my order is missing main items like pancakes, french toast, utensils, and it looked as if the order was just slapped together. I call immediately and I explained that I just had an eaten there and then ordered additional takeout and my takeout order was incorrect. The nice young lady apologized and offered to have it remade. Now I accepted that and also stated since I have to come back up there what other compensation can you provide me. She then transfers me to the incredibly Customer Service oriented manager named Juan. I do hope you can sense the sarcasm. As I explained my situation to him stating what items have been missed, what was wrong with the order and what I expected ask a reasonable solution to this situation. He then goes on and asked me several questions over and over again about the takeout meal, I explained to him one more time to which he cut me off, overtalked me, and really wasn't listening to resolve my issue. When he asked again what I ordered I said I already told you. At which point, he cursed and said he did not want to be "a$$ hole" and basically gave me the impression that he was unwilling to fix this situation. So I told him I was going to speak to him in a nicer tone that he was talking to me that I wanted him to remake the meal. I would be there in 10 minutes and I would like it piping hot. To Juan's credit my food was ready once I arrived however, he proceeds to tell me that his waitress and his expediter both checked the order and it was correct when it left. Which wasn't true obviously. As a matter of fact, my friend said she watched the waitress grab the bag and didn't open it and just came to the table. I don't have a reason to go get free food from an establishment where I've already paid and tipped the server. Second of all he indirectly called me a liar to my face, which is poor service in its own right. Thirdly, when I asked what other compensation he was willing to provide me, he just simply smiled and said no he wasn't going to do anything. Juan needs to go back to the beginning of where Customer Service starts in order to be a better front of the house manager, because when your server makes an error, you own it you do not place the blame back on the customer. Juan needs to be retrained on how to actually service people, he does not know how to talk to anyone. He did not know how to de-escalate the situation. I have been in Customer Service for 25 years and 15 of those have been working in an escalation department that was the worst interaction I believe I have ever encountered with a manager to resolve a situation. I mean Wendy's resolved issues better than this. Being that this was my first time coming to Delaney's, it will also be my last time. Because if you treat any customers the way you treated me, is clear he has no respect for the patrons of this establishment.

We also had a couple bottles of wine at the table, which were good as well. For appetizers, we shared oysters, meatballs, and shrimp cocktail. All of them were good, but the meatballs were my favorite. For my entrée, I ordered the prime rib. It was a bit saltier than I would have liked, but the sides helped balance it out. I really enjoyed the corn and mashed potatoes, and I also added mushrooms and onions, which helped offset the saltiness. In hindsight, I kind of wish I had ordered the filet mignon, as I suspect it wouldn't have been as salty. The bread at the beginning of the meal was also really good. Dessert was a standout--I got the turtle cake, and it was huge. It's definitely the best value on the menu. Three of us shared it and still couldn't finish it, though that may have also been due to the amount of food and drinks we had throughout the night. The food did take a while to come out, but the service remained good the entire time. We expected dinner to wrap up around 7:00, but we started at 5:30 and didn't finish until about 8:30--there were 16 of us, so it was understandable. Overall, a solid experience, especially for a group event.

You receive a free dessert if you're celebrating a birthday. I would HIGHLY suggest the Mud Pie -- Graeters vanilla, chocolate, and coffee ice cream with brownie chucks on an Oreo crust topped off with honey roasted peanuts. It was almost the size of my 9yo son's head! We also got the chocolate cake and coconut cake (fan favorite). The chocolate cake is served with housemade caramel and is a very deep rich chocolate without being overly sweet. It goes perfectly with a cup of black coffee. The coconut cake is like a vanilla cloud with a hint of real coconut flavor - not that nasty sunscreen taste you often get. The cake pieces were also very large. Kevin was our server, and he was so amazing! You can request him upon arrival, and he will give the Ratatouille experience where you have images of fireworks as he explains the flavor profiles of the various dishes or desserts. We started out with onion rings and meatball appetizers. The meatballs were delicious and came with 4 pieces of toasted slices of baguettes and a dollop of marinara sauce. The onion rings are enormous! They were good; however, I would say the most lack-luster part of the meal. They are served with a side of regular ketchup -- an aioli would be a nicer tough. My husband and I got ribeyes, my sister got the lobster bisque and Caesar salad, and my son got a kids rib meal (very large portion!). Everything was cooked to perfection. The lobster bisque was warm, creamy, and had a little kick to it. The ribs bbq sauce was a tiny spicy, so you may want to request it on the side for the kiddos. Our steaks were melt in your mouth perfect. The twice baked tomato was both crispy and creamy all at once. The overall feel of The Barn is a little more formal than most places; however, people were semi-casually dressed. You don't have to feel like a suit and tie are needed, but I would be shocked to see anyone in shorts and a tshirt as well. Apparently they have an amazing Sunday brunch. Kevin told us about it and at this point, I trust everything he says about food and drink! Speaking of drinks, if you are a bourbon drinker, The Barn has a special blend of Woodford where a team goes down to Kentucky and creates a special blend just for The Barn. My husband said it was so smooth and delicious. While on the top of the Cameron Mitchell chain in both quality and price, it is well-worth stopping in -- even if it's just once in your life. My 9yo son is already dreaming about going back for his very own steak
