It seemed like it would work but it just didnt. My spinach and bacon were in the potatoes and not laying on the sandwich. The hollandaise sauce wasnt on top of my eggs like most Benedict. It was way under the eggs and laid in very sparse. Honestly, I could not even taste it. At first I thought the croissant was missing but then realized. Oh no, it was there -but just really cut super thin and of course, now soggy from being so thin and having the hollandaise right on top of it with a hot egg on top. Kind of mushy. Just didnt work..
